We've used CV Day spa several times now for massages, They make us feel welcome and comfortable. Nothing is too much trouble and we love the results. Next time we will certainly try the hot tub prior to the massage.

Brilliant service from Beatrice as usual, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Was advised to wash the tan off after a couple of hours. I was surprised as in the past the tan had to develop overnight but apparently this is not the case with an express tan. I showered it off and was expecting the remaining product on my skin to develop overnight. This never happened and I looked exactly the same as before I entered the salon. Sooooo disappointed as I was going on holiday and didn’t want to look too pale.
After I complained I was offered a 30% discount on my next tan - why would I have another tan when the first didn’t work?
I may as well have thrown £25 in the bin.

Eye brow shaping not good. Eyelash tint, no dye on lower lash dye runs on face, had to keep wiping during process and ended up with dye on nails. Nail file and shellac polish, so many sharp snags had to file when got home. Dye showing through colour

We had such a lovely, relaxing time at C.V. very welcoming and friendly. The massage and facial was immense, my skin is still feeling refreshed and soft days after. Thank you ladies.

I was bought a voucher for Mother’s Day and had a massage and mini facial with Katy. I booked a late appointment on a Tuesday evening and was greeted with a friendly face. The room was lovely and relaxing and Katy was exceptional. The massage and facial were perfect, I nearly fell asleep! Katy was so lovely and friendly and just everything about it was wonderful, I came home feeling really relaxed - a great mid week pick me up - thank you.

Ellie lambert’s name is not listed but I have but Ellie’s been doing my nails and eyebrows for a while now, she is a really pleasant girl very good beautician and a huge asset to CV day spa of which I have been a client from when it originally opened.

Had a lovely afternoon, facilities are very clean and welcoming. Also very private hich was nice for us. Spa treatments were lovely and the therapists put you at ease and explain everything.

Just on a personal note the music played was not as relaxing as I prefer, I feel sounds of nature/sea are more relaxing than piano on repeat but it would not stop me booking again.

Lucy is my hairdresser and has been for some time having followed her from her previous salon. She is fab and an asset to your salon.

Unable to remember the name of stylist who did my hair, but each and every one of the girls were so pleasant,cheerful,jolly and went above and beyond to ensure customers got 110% customer service, it was my first visit to this salon and what a absolute pleasure it was and will Definately be making it my regular, the atmosphere was beautiful to see and witness,thankyou girls,x
