Only been to Claudia for a short while, but she is very professional and knowledgeable, I trust her totally with doing my hair. It was my first time at CV day spa, and the atmosphere, and all the staff was warm and friendly.

Hi its johnnie we was with you today at 12 for a facial and a massage.
I absolutely loved the treatment first for me on a facialthough for a man and i must say it was awsome.
I was so relaxed afterwards and my kin feels great too so my experience was fantastic .
Unfortunately i cant remember her name . She paid most attention to where i needed it on my back left hand side and it sorted my issue i had .
Loved the treatments and will be coming again thank u .

Disappointing. Poor value for money. Only lasted 2 hours, most of which was spent in the spa area and waiting for treatment. Refreshments consisted of a cordial. Has great potential with a little more effort.

Messed up my eyebrows, both was wonky and took too much off. I asked her to sort this out, her reply was 'what do you want me to do about it?' No apology and rude.

Lucy manicured my nails for me - a lovely, relaxing experience and she did such a professional job!

I couldn't fault my stylist, she was just lovely. The interior was beautiful and it was just a very nice place to be, best service I've ever received with excellent value.

My partner and I had a hot stone massage and facial/Indian head massage. We also had use of the hot tub and sauna. The treatments were amazing and we felt like we were floating afterwards! We were provided with towels and robes which allowed that relaxation to begin from the start. The staff were welcoming, professional and friendly. Would recommend CV day spa and the spa packages for that full spa experience.
