Lucy always does a great job and is always welcoming and smiling and talking with me and others.

Very professional, could have asked questions about pressure and If any areas needed more work then others. I liked the facial, but would have liked more work on lower back, each customer have different needs. Coffees very nich touch. My friends was very good, sent her to sleep, it was so relaxing.Been going for over 4 years and new staff very welcoming. Can't wait for next one

I've had Beatrice do my hair a few times now. I told her this morning I'd come and paid for the head massage alone because it's amazing haha. Had a very relaxing morning, good chat, good coffee and very happy with my hair. Thanks.

Therapist was Rebecca. Had booked a FB offer of gel nails and paraffin wax hand treatment but there had been a mix up and the wax wasn't heated in time. Rebecca was really good and helpful in sorting the mix up out. She did a brilliant job on my nails and was really friendly yet professional. Would definitely book a treatment with her again

I’ve just had the most fabulous morning at CV Day Spa, relaxing in the hot tub before a full body massage, Indian Head massage and facial and then chilling out with a hot drink. I cannot praise Rebecca highly enough for the exceptional experience she provided. Rebecca's expertise and approachability made the session really special. From the moment my friend and I arrived, Rebecca made us feel comfortable and relaxed, explaining each step and the products she used, she knows her stuff! Also a big shout out for my friends therapist, Katie, who was incredible too! The massage was without doubt the best I've ever had. This is the best £60 I’ve spent in a long time! and my friend and I left CV Day Spa totally relaxed and feeling great. I highly recommend CV’s to anyone who wants take some time out, we’ll definitely be going back :)

I've been coming to Katy since the summer for Brazilian waxing. She has always made me feel very comfortable during this very intimate process and gives good long lasting results with minimum discomfort. I'd recommend anyone thinking of this type of waxing to book with Katy.

I cant get over with my experience.. i showed her a pic and told her enough length where i can still tie my hair.. but to my surprise she cut it too short where everyday now i have to deal with it and lost my confidence.. am not happy.. i iwish i didnt have my hait cut at all. 😭

So glad I found this place… lovely spa, I had a pedicure was booked in for a mini pedi but Katy did a full pedi for me which was lovely of her to make the time.

What a lovely spa session, we loved the mulled wine in the hot tub, and the mini facial definitely didn't feel mini. We were well looked after from start to finish and had a great experience at CV Dayspa 😁

Stylist called Lucy was very patient and non judgemental in dealing with daughter's matted long hair. Even a beauty therapist, whose name I unfortunately didn't get, came to help save as much as possible in length. Both talked to my daughter about hair care and styles as they worked. Daughter felt pampered and came out with good looking, slightly shorter and thinner hair. The simplest option would have been to cut it short which just the thought of made her cry. Lucy was so joyful. We'll definitely be going back and asking for her.
