Me and my best friend had the best time at CV Spa today. I bought the time for two package for me and my best friend for her birthday and I can honestly say we had the most relaxing time. Left feeling so relaxed, our therapists was lovely and my treatments was amazing.
We liked that the hot tub and sauna area was just for us to so we can totally relax and unwind.
Thank you ladies perfect afternoon.

Lucy always provides a warm welcome, friendly kind and respectful, great colouring, washing, head massage and cutting and drying. Overall fabulous customer service.

It was awkward at first as i didn’t knowthat it would be her as my beautician after my complaint on Saturday.
She did try very hard and seemed to know what she was doing my holding/putting pressure on the right area to put the wax strip and spent a lot of time trying to get it right.
However I cane home to have a lot of the work to re do as it was left in patches.
I feel that she needs more training and practise at home and college before dojng treatments on clients.
In my case I am going on holiday so it needs to be done properly.

I had 3 treatments with Katy she did an excellent job and I rebooked with her

Lovely place .

First time at this salon. Lucy was excellent and listened carefully to my ideas and importantly to my challenges including a flat crown, one side with tendency to stick out, some grey, some growing out highlights and brassiness. Blue/Grey Toner gave amazing result and blended everything together seamlessly. I would have been happy with that just on its own. The cut was then carefully considered, successfully working around challenges. She regularly checked in before continuing to cut. Excellent cut which stayed in shape and has been easy to restyle. Will rebook for same again and discuss highlights and colour.
