Ruby was an absolute pleasure. So friendly and enthusiastic about her client and their wishes. We had a quick colour consultation because it was our first meeting. Ruby is a very talented colourist and stylist who has always been friendly and a wonderful member of the team. Yesterday she did my roots and she has cut my hair too when it needed cutting. Grace is the apprentice who washed my hair. My hair is extremely thick and difficult to wash but she made me feel as if she certainly gave it a thorough wash and condition. Her complimentary head massage was wonderful and very relaxing. I have been a client for over 30 years now and have always felt very welcome and looked after and leaving with my hair beautifully coiffed. The whole team are brilliant at their jobs, I've used nearly all of them in my time.

Fantastic as always. Sheralynne always makes me feel extremely special and works her magic with my hair. I absolutely love the new premises. Not only is the backwash extremely comfortable I really enjoyed my wash, tone and condition (really sorry I cannot remember the young lady's name) gold stars and high praise all round.

First trip to the new salon and I was very impressed. Clean, bright, loved the new backwashes. Well done folks.

Very good at cutting and styling to your face. She certainly knows all about different types of hair and what styles are best for your hair type.

The new salon is lovely. With different areas it feels a little more like being with a friend. Everything was beautifully clean and the service was, as ever, excellent. I came home feeling refreshed, relaxed and younger. Thank you Cate I cannot fill any more boxes?

As always, a great experience. Very friendly and professional staff, from apprentice who shampooed my hair, Julie the very helpful and patient receptionist, to Cate, who is so talented.
Cate takes time to discuss your style, what is required etc. I always leave with a lovely cut, or colour, and great blo dry. Very happy.

The new salon is fabulous, very comfortable seats at basins, lovely decor and dressed beautifully with plants, lighting and statement wall clocks. Also good range of hair products to purchase.
I am sure I will notice more on my next visit!

The new salon is really well presented and equipped. I think that it is an excellent move and has future proofed their business with it’s better access and kerb appeal. As ever Lisa did a wonderful job on my very fine hair and I came away feeling good.

Quality of service as good as it ALWAYS is, but in addition I feel very safe in the salon because of the arrangements in place for Covid.

Fantastic hair cut and colour, well looked after by staff, could not be any better.

I haven’t been in for a few months and it was lovely to be back. The salon is very clean and felt completely Covid-safe. Everyone was lovely and the individual care taken was wonderful. Jennie always makes you feel so welcome and I was very pleased with the result even if the colour wasn’t as intense as we hoped (new colour, post cancer treatment) but the way that was handled was excellent. I feel so much better after my appointment! Would thoroughly recommend KH Loughborough!

I have been a client of Sheralynne’s for many years and have visited the salon several times since the extensive Covid-19 rules and procedures came into place both on my own and with my two young children. Each time it has been evident that all staff are doing their utmost to ensure both they and their clients feel as safe and protected as they can during their time in the salon. I had a toner, cut and finish yesterday and despite the fact that it had clearly been a long and busy day Sheralynne still took the time to make sure I was happy and comfortable with both my experience and the finished result. Merry Christmas to you all and I hope you enjoy your time off at home with your families as you all deserve it!
