I am so glad to be able to visit KH again. Clearly the staff are following the Covid rules, which inspires confidence in the customer.

I have been coming to Cate for over 30 years and have never been disappointed with my cut or colour. Keith Hall Salon is very welcoming and always a fantastic experience. I would highly recommend Cate and the salon.

Thought I would miss my appt because of lockdown but you rang me and brought my appt forward. In a very busy salon you made me welcome as always and I had a small trim which will make me more able to manage my hair during lockdown.

I’ve been having my hair cut in this Salon for circa 20 years. Always a pleasure and always pleased with outcome. I have tried other places but always returned because they cut/style best.
The salon is doing a fabulous job under current circumstances.

I have been coming to KH for nearly 30 years and to Jennie for over 20 years. Even though I have moved to Coventry, I still come back. Jennie cuts my hair brilliantly and I always get lovely comments about my hair from friends and family. The whole experience of KH though is always excellent and they have gone the extra mile to make us feel safe and comfortable.

Staff and clients were fully compliant with measures to reduce covid risk. Salon was well ventilated, providing additional risk reduction, but still warm.

Absolutely love going to the salon. Everything has been thought about to ensure client safety in the current situation. Sherylynne always makes my hair look fabulous and gives good advice regarding the aftercare. Can't wait to go back!

Amazing experience, as always, from start to finish. I have been coming to this salon now for 17+ years so Sheralynne knows my hair well and I am always delighted with the results. Having my hair done with Sam is always so good, even when I walk in with no idea on what to do with my hair she always cute and styles it immaculately. Cannot recommend highly enough!

I felt safe. My temperature was taken, there was good spacing and attention to hygeine. And my hair looked much better when I left!

The salan is very "covid conscious" and everyone working hard to maintain a safe environment. Very reassuring. Cate did a great job on both my foils/colour and haircut. She consulted with me before starting the procedures and listened to my requirements. The end result made me very happy! She styled my hair perfectly. I am looking forward to my next visit! I must add that Julie the receptionist was also very friendly and helpful.

Fabulous as ever ?

I was very disappointed every curl had drop out by the time I got home the rest was awful no one actually believed I had been to the hairdresser ! I had to re do my own hair for the celebration. Basically I had paid £34 for my hair to be washed.

Another great cut and finish from Justine. I went a good deal shorter and am really pleased with the results.

As always, it has friendly yet professional atmosphere, and as needed during these unprecedented times, my last visit it also felt safe. I would highly recommend it to everyone.

As always a very satisfactory visit. My hair was washed cut and blow dried within an hour. Sam has been cutting my hair for several years now after helping me move from dying my hair to embracing my natural colour( mostly white!)
I always love the cut and it helps make my hair very easy to manage between visits.
I cannot speak highly enough and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

I was actually stopped in the street the other day and asked where I had my haircut because it looked stunning ?

I have been visiting Cate at this salon for a number of years as she is so passionate about hair and having the customer feeling wonderful about themselves when they leave her salon.

This is the first time I have visited since the UK went into lockdown due to Covid-19. There had been a number of changes made to keep both staff and customers safe, though none of these changes made me feel uncomfortable.

A very relaxing appointment and gorgeously styled hair at the end of it.
