If a hair appointment could be called thoughtful this was one ! Everyone is so conscientious and it was as good as it could be.

I thought everything was very well done in the light of present situation. I felt very safe and the hairdressers were welcoming and cheerful. Had usual excellent trim & blow dry with Sherynne.

Jennie’s the best! Always love what she does with my hair and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Sheralynne has been looking after me for 20 years! (Is it that long?! Wow!!) She has this amazing ability of knowing what I want and want I like better than I do!

I have been comingto this salon for nearly 30 years. It is friendly and welcoming and Jennie is a brilliant stylist - taking time to get the cut and colour just right. I now live in Coventry but still come back to Loughborough as I don’t want to go anywhere else. Thank you for helping us all to feel welcome and safe in these strange times.

I've been a regular client at KH hair for over 25 years and not been disappointed. The new measures put in place because of the Pandemic are well managed and provide a safe environment.

After five months without a cut and colour, I left KH Loughborough feeling amazing. Sheralynne as always knew exactly what I wanted. Even under COVID regulations the experience was still very relaxing, and you could see the amount of hard work that has been put in to make it as safe as possible. Thank you so much

I always love coming to see Cate and think of her not only as my hairdresser but also a friend. She is on my wave length when it comes to my hair and always thoroughly enjoy coming into the salon.

Even under the new requirement of facemasks for staff, Cate as always delivered a thoroughly professional service. Always positive, smiling and a pleasure to talk to, she makes you feel special. I can only guess how tough it has been for her and the team to manage the changes imposed by Covid 19, but the atmosphere in the salon is calm, clean, safe and reassuring. Oh yes....and my hair do.....I'm thrilled to bits.... Thank you xx

My visit for my first haircut since lockdown was a calm and totally relaxing experience as everything had been thought of. All safety issues covered retaining a friendly welcoming atmosphere. Excellent haircut too

Great to have another opportunity to return to the salon, and continue my journey to embracing my natural grey/silver.

I must admit that as my husband and I had been self shielding for months due to the pandemic, I was quite apprehensive about going back to the hairdressers. I needn’t have worried. From the time I arrived until I left, I felt completely at ease. The salon felt really clean and I didn’t feel compromised at all. The staff as usual were very welcoming and friendly. I shall certainly be looking forward to my next visit without any anxiety whatsoever. Could I please thank the staff for all the time and effort they put in to making my experience such a pleasant one.

Really pleased with styling. Sam always does an excellent job. Felt very safe with self distancing.

After 14 weeks with no haircut. Sam quickly got my hair back under control. The great cut means my hair is easy to manage between cuts. My second visit came around so quickly and my hair was still great.
Always enjoy my visits. I have been impressed with their COVID preparations.

Feel like I am a new person after having my appointment cancelled the first week after lockdown. My hair is usually short and spikey but had grown so much during the waiting period. After discussing it with Cate I chose to keep the longer look and Cate added some purple into the mix. Cate has cut my hair into a lovely style and the colours look amazing. Sheralyne is an exceptional hairdresser, she listens to you, advises and always makes your hair look the best it possibly can. (I know this because over the years, I have been to a multitude of hairdressers and she’s the best by far). Apart from her hairdressing and colouring skills, she’s also a pleasure to talk to, interesting, humorous and intelligent.
I would recommend her and the salon to anyone and everyone.
