Staff and clients were fully compliant with measures to reduce covid risk. Salon was well ventilated, providing additional risk reduction, but still warm.

Absolutely love going to the salon. Everything has been thought about to ensure client safety in the current situation. Sherylynne always makes my hair look fabulous and gives good advice regarding the aftercare. Can't wait to go back!

As always, Keith Hall is such a welcoming place, I always feel pampered and looked after there, and I'm really impressed at how safe they've made the salon. A great experience!

Amazing experience, as always, from start to finish. I have been coming to this salon now for 17+ years so Sheralynne knows my hair well and I am always delighted with the results. Sheralynne is a true professional in every sense and excels in both colour and cut. I would thoroughly recommend her and this salon.

Having my hair done with Sam is always so good, even when I walk in with no idea on what to do with my hair she always cute and styles it immaculately. Cannot recommend highly enough!

I felt safe. My temperature was taken, there was good spacing and attention to hygeine. And my hair looked much better when I left!

The salan is very "covid conscious" and everyone working hard to maintain a safe environment. Very reassuring. Cate did a great job on both my foils/colour and haircut. She consulted with me before starting the procedures and listened to my requirements. The end result made me very happy! She styled my hair perfectly. I am looking forward to my next visit! I must add that Julie the receptionist was also very friendly and helpful.

Fabulous as ever ?

I was very disappointed every curl had drop out by the time I got home the rest was awful no one actually believed I had been to the hairdresser ! I had to re do my own hair for the celebration. Basically I had paid £34 for my hair to be washed.

Another great cut and finish from Justine. I went a good deal shorter and am really pleased with the results.

As always, it has friendly yet professional atmosphere, and as needed during these unprecedented times, my last visit it also felt safe. I would highly recommend it to everyone.

As always a very satisfactory visit. My hair was washed cut and blow dried within an hour. Sam has been cutting my hair for several years now after helping me move from dying my hair to embracing my natural colour( mostly white!)
I always love the cut and it helps make my hair very easy to manage between visits.

I was actually stopped in the street the other day and asked where I had my haircut because it looked stunning ?

I have been visiting Cate at this salon for a number of years as she is so passionate about hair and having the customer feeling wonderful about themselves when they leave her salon.

This is the first time I have visited since the UK went into lockdown due to Covid-19. There had been a number of changes made to keep both staff and customers safe, though none of these changes made me feel uncomfortable.

A very relaxing appointment and gorgeously styled hair at the end of it.

I have very fine and difficult hair and it is one of the bains of my life. Cate effortlessly coloured and styled my hair and as always I am very pleased with the result. Cate is a very talented stylist in fact an artist in her own right and her colleagues are similarly gifted. KH hair is a welcoming and professional hairdressers. I would gladly and heartily recommend.

Cate always cuts and styles so well - I always leave looking a million times better than when I arrived. She is a marvel!

My second appointment post lockdown. The COVID19 safety precautions are excellent- maximum of 4 clients at any time, masks and visors worn by all the staff and masks worn by all the clients- lots of hand sanitising and combs etc only used for one client before thorough cleaning. I would strongly recommend any client who has not yet had a post lockdown visit, to book in with confidence. And of course Sheralynne’s hairdressing skills are amazing as always

I was very worried about my hair and the bad mistake I made in lock-down. Sheralynne reassured me and gave me good advice about treating my hair. I left feeling so much better, thanks again Sheralynne, you’re a star!
