I thought Joe did a great job with my hair but what consolidated this was the fact that my Mum agreed - which she never does! Thanks a lot Joe. Also, kudos on the playlist!

I was looked after by both savas and yan and they were both brilliant. Excellent job all round and certainly will keep my hair health with them. Everyone is always so friendly and accommodating.

Sav did a great job on my hair today. I'm really pleased with the result. I enjoyed the whole experience in Yan's hair salon. It's nice to treat oneself with a hair pampering in these tough times. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, polite & professional. Jayden was very friendly and chatty too as he washed & massaged my hair. I'm looking forward to my next appointment ?

Popped in to just get GHD'S, but because of Sam's Amazing customer Service I was tempted to get my hair cut from her. She is such a lovely positive person! and most of all So happy with my cut and how she styled it.
All the other staff are so polite and welcoming too.

As always I was really pleased with my cut and colour - Yasmin’s skills are excellent and she is always friendly, helpful and lovely to chat to. The overall experience was enjoyable and relaxing despite the current restrictions.

I have been a regular with Yan and his team for years! It is a friendly and professional salon, everyone from reception, apprentice to stylist do their up most to make your experience unique and special. It is always the same, hence my long relationship with Yan and his team. The team are always positive and cheerful which makes time spent there even more enjoyable, especially during these difficult times.

Always look forward to going to have hair cut/colour. Felt very safe while in the salon. Keep up the outstanding work, service.

I booked with Alicia as she did a fantastic job last time - and once again my hair is looking 100 times better compared to when I walked in. She does a great hair wash and head massage too (doesn't rub off my eyebrows like others do lol) and puts a lot of care and effort into the cut and style. I also felt very safe covid-wise. Atmosphere is relaxed right now and it’s a great time to book if you want to avoid seasonal rush. They are now serving refreshments again! I left looking transformed & feeling delighted. Thank you!

Alicia was ver friendly and easy to communicate my styling ideas to. And I got exactly what I wanted for my hair cut. The salon is very well sanitised and make you feel safe to have a haircut in when there is a pandemic out there.

I have been going to Yan's salon for years and have always found the staff to be lovely, professional and excellent at their jobs.
Today I had my hair cut and coloured by my usual stylist Remi. I don't actually need to request my hair to be done in a particular way, because Remi knows what to do better than I do! Her suggestions are always spot on and my hairstyle and colour last longer after her fantastic care than any hair salon I have been to previously. Remi is always really friendly and bubbly and it's a real treat to have my hair done by such a brilliant stylist. . Thank you so much Yan and Remi and I hope to see you in another few weeks, lockdown permitting. Take care and keep safe all.

It was my first time having my hair done at Yan. Loved the calm and nature-loving ambience and the ethos begins Yan. Nadia did such an amazing job with my hair which was in a very bad condition. She was very patient and took her time on my hair which I very much appreciated. I think I have found my new favourite go to hair salon!!
