Yan Hair

I was abit nervous about returning to salon after6 months due to local and national lockdown. I need not have worried Yan and the team were very reassuring and friendly and have obviously put the safety of staff and clients at the fore front.

Only came to Yan by chance - have been going to town for years but didn't have time to go in before the (first) lockdown and there was a special offer at Yans so got in quick. Joe did such a great job I thought I'd give him a second try. His assault on my 5 months of lockdown hair was equally good so I am now transferring my allegiance!

Rob understood everything I wanted. Very pleased with my new hair style.

Alicia did an amazing job on my hair today! I was blown away with how it looked. She made me feel totally at ease and her head massage was amazing!

First visit and very happy with colour and cut by Nadia. Massage chair at backwash was amazing!

It was great to finally get my hair cut and it was a safe, clean and pleasant experience (apart from the silly mask!) A wonderful hair cut as usual.

So nice to come back and have Rob cut my hair after all these months. I felt safe and comfortable and in spite of the changes the atmosphere is as ever typically Yans ?

I hadn't had my hair done since before lockdown. Finally managed to book when Leicester went into lockdown. Last week Yans rang me and asked if i still want to come in?! Would I ever. They managed to get me in on the day I had my original appointment. Really safe environment. Everything disinfected after someone's touched or sat down. No issues with social distancing. Same amazing service. I have actually moved to a different city but travel to Leicester for Yans, absolutely happy to!

Joseph did a great job! I am very happy with my new hair style. Service was excellent and the team was friendly. They also did a god job with the PPE and infection control, I felt safe there too. Thank you.

I’ve never had Joseph before and he was a very attentive hair dresser who gave me an extremely good haircut after having had five months of Poor quality hair! He spent a long time cutting away and Did not appear to be in any rush to move away to the next client. I had all his attention in my own little area of the salon and he was completely dedicated to making up for those months of lost haircuts!! I was very pleased with the result when I got home. I will ask for Joseph next time!!

Great all round experience at Yan’s. Had my hair coloured and cut by Alicia and really pleased with the results. Would highly recommend.

Nadia is a great colourist. Very impressed.

I love Yans and now my son does too. Yan transformed my boy’s unruly mop into a cool, longish curly style. Loads of tips on how to care for his hair too. Plus, he really made my son relaxed and happy. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Had a fantastic cut with Yan! He spent lots of time layering my hair and shaping it I’m really pleased with it! Also the best wash today I’ve ever had I think with Keira-?

Couldn’t fault it. Remi was friendly but professional and clearly incredibly skilled at what she does. She knew what do to and I felt very relaxed with my hair in her expert hands. I’ll be back.

Bella always does a lovely job and my hair looks very healthy shiny and great after the colours she uses, she isn’t frightened to experiment on me with different colours which I appreciate x
