Yan Hair

I am always given excellent advice as to how to have my hair styled and also how to look after it in between my visits.

I have always worn my hair in a sharp inverted bob and due to Covid I decided to let it grow past my shoulders and I was somewhat nervous about going back to my shorter style. This was my first visit to Yan and Sav did not disappoint. After a chat around what I wanted and how I was feeling, Sav worked his absolute magic and created the style I wanted. He is a true professional and to say I am thrilled with the end result is an understatement. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

It was so good to come back to the salon to get my hair done by Yasmin. Really pleased with my cut and colour. Yasmin listened to what I wanted and the girl who washed my hair was lovely too.

I’ve never been to yans before had a cut and blow dry by the lovely Nadia who was really friendly and very knowledgeable about how to have my fine hair cut she did a lovely job of it and made me feel totally comfortable highly recommend ☺️

Amazing customer service!! I’ve had issues with hair loss recently which has been quite stressful, she was very kind and helpful and made me feel comfortable and gave me great recommendations also on what products etc would be beneficial for my hair. Will definitely be returning!!

Yan continues to be considerate over my Covid anxiety, this includes a 7:30am appointment! Hair looks amazing, comfortable,, easy to manage style which suits me.

Hair looks great now, Sav cut and highlighted it just as I asked for. Good service.

Had a great experience when I visited the salon today. Felt all social distancing/ Covid procedures had been taken into account, even though we’re in a strange situation right now, the atmosphere was still friendly and welcoming. Really pleased with my hair cut and colour by Alicia and the new juniors were lovely and very professional.

I had my haircut today at Yan for the first time. I wasn’t very pleased I asked for curtain bangs and it was cut very short and awful. ***** did try to sort it out and was very kind. However , I will not be coming back x

So at the end of what might have been a demanding 1st week back open, Yan's creativity seemed to be expanding rather than exhausted. Over the years he has listened and come up with plenty of different looks, many sharply angular, but yesterday I wanted different: manageable towsled. During the initial conversation Yan said I didnt really want him to do much which was a bit of a surprise given that I felt like a old english sheepdog. Whatev, by the end of the usual warm & friendly experience coloured by lively conversation (though there are perhaps a few tweaks to be made to masked colleagues booming over a hairdryer to their clients), I got not approximately but exactly what I wanted. Just bounced around the park feeling great

Sam made me feel relaxed and listened very well to my description of how my hair is usually coloured and cut. The result was excellent . A very difficult task after a lot of re growth due to lockdown. Many thanks I will book again.

Popped in to just get GHD'S, but because of Sam's Amazing customer Service I was tempted to get my hair cut from her. She is such a lovely positive person! and most of all So happy with my cut and how she styled it.
All the other staff are so polite and welcoming too.
