Not happy with hair cut. Far too short. Not what I asked for. I'm not convinced the hairdresser really knew what they were doing.

Both Danielle and Abigail were very professional and really listened to what I wanted. They managed my expectations really well and I was extremely happy with the finished look.

Sam was great, my hair was damaged from straightening and not having it cut in ages through lockdown and is now looking great. This was my first visit to yan and I'll definitely be back

Can’t recommend Yan Hairdressers enough. Just had a great cut and blow dry by Sam. She listened while I talked through what I wanted and also made suggestions of her own. She talked through the condition of my hair and discussed all the products she used without doing any kind of hard sell. I also had a lovely relaxing head massage while my hair was being washed - this just adds to the amazing experience. Have been coming here for years….great personalised service…good music…always offered a drink…,friendly staff…always pleased with how I feel and look when I leave.

My hair is very fine and difficult to work with, but I always get a great cut here, which looks smart, even when it’s growing out. My stylist is so nice and very careful to make sure I feel comfortable all the time I am in the salon.

I’ve been coming to Yan for many years. Today my colourist did an amazing job. Beyond that I was extremely worried that due to a lot of stress my hair was falling out she reassured me that it wasn’t (thank god) I was recommended a treatment. Because of this I had two massages on that day both by the same girl, they were amazing (slim, short brown Bob, sorry don’t know her name) Danielle cut my hair too, which I was grateful for as I would have to have made another appointment at a later date. The appointment was very much needed as I left relaxed after having some me time and chatting to Danielle

I was very pleased with my hair cut as I have been with with all their services in the past. I have been going to this salon for at least five years and would highly recommend them.

Every time i get my hair cut, blow dry and coloured. I leave feeling relaxed and amazing. It’s a great experience.

What a lovely couple of hours spent in the expert and friendly hands of Savas. I walked in feeling flat and left a new woman.

I enjoyed the haircut having it been my first time and the hairwashing and head massage was particularly good. I just felt a little rushed as even though I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment, the stylist’s previous appointment ran over so when I was reaching the end of my cut, I felt rushed as the next appointment arrived and I felt I wasn’t able to have the final bits sorted on my hair. The stylist was great and didn’t say anything about the time but knowing the next appointment was there made me feel a little rushed.

A great all round experience. Very happy with the cut. Very friendly!
