Caroline was as always great …. I’d decided it was time to do something different with my hair colour and Caroline was really supportive and gave some great advice on how I could achieve the result I was looking for. Caroline talked me through the whole process, what additional treatments would protect my hair and the results were great. My new hairstyle and I bounced out of the salon. I brought my mother in for a bit of a treat today. A wash, blowdry and a nice treatment. My mother had never been to the salon before and Abi was absolutely brilliant with her. She was very attentive and took the time to understand what my mother liked. I am a regular customer here and I cannot praise the team enough. Carl and his team are magnificent and they make me feel special each snd every time.

Jess always goes out of her way to make sure that I get the look I want, that I’m comfortable in the process and helps with products giving tips on styling. We always have a good chinwag, (although she knows when I’m tired and helps me relax) she should charge extra for the therapy sessions ;)

As for my stylist, Joseph was incredible. He listened to deliver exactly what I wanted and certainly didn't disappoint. Not only did I get an amazing result.... he gave me loads of advice on how to look after my hair to keep it at it's best. He also explained everything he was doing.... and why. Not only that, he is such a nice guy to chat to. Very easy to trust and so reassuring that he understands exactly what you want.

I am thrilled to bits. My hair looks great and is the best it has been for a very long time.
