What a fabulous experience. Today I had my hair cut and restyled. I arrived abit unsure how I’d feel walking out as I find it hard to find and trust a hairdresser. But Laura was so helpful and full of information and clearly lots of experience. My hair was in need of a cut and quite unloved. It’s been years since I have had Charlotte do my hair and I have never been to Fox Hair design before, but happily chose to have both a new cut and colour. I never doubted Charlotte and my trust was well placed as I am beyond delighted with the results. I love Jess, I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she did it exactly how I wanted it. I had a lovely head massage during my hair treatment and because they know I get migraines due to my tumor, they do a great job and it feels heavenly. Scarlet came to do my colour passport and Charlotte (who's colouring it in a few weeks) came to say hi which I thought was lovely. It's the little things.

This time I had the root colour applied but also had some low lights through my hair as it was getting too light in places . It now appears softer and I am very pleased with the outcome . Jess has been styling my hair for a few years now and I leave every appointment feeling relaxed and happy. Jess is lovely, she always makes sure you are satisfied before you leave. My hair is very fine but Jess always knows how to cut and style it to give me the best style and volume and she is really knowledgeable about the products she uses.
