Abi is as lovely right from the start, I was totally relaxed and I could tell she was listening to my thoughts regarding my cut . She went through every detail about what I liked about my style and did I want to change anything. Suggestions were talked about and small tweaks were put in place . I have already booked to have another cut in a couple of months, which says it all ! I never book repeat appointments and until I have washed and dried it myself but I can honestly say my hair hasn’t looked this good in years! Thank you Abi xx

I love the cut and front of my hair, but I think the back colour is too patchy and also there is a big blond gap without colour.
I did not notice until I got home and looked at the picture.
