The girls are great. I have skin allergies and they are so accommodating. Would not been for awhile and due to illness but they were great. I also had my two sons done too.my sons were very happy with their haircut. Too one of my sons is autistic and afterwards said I’d like to come again, which is really good as for him to be touched on his head It can be quite quite stressful for him as his head is super sensitive the only thing I wasn’t happy with is the fact that I was told I could probably book it on a Saturday then told I can’t book the boys in on a Saturday. Well it frustrating because my boys don’t go to College locally they go to College in Warwickshire and Leamington spa it is a two hour drive in total for me to come back to Leicester so I’m not sure how I’m going to rebook them in with their timetable when they go back to College other than that I will be back for myself, but I’m just concerned how I’m going to manage getting both my sons in. ideally I’d like to book all of us in all at once other than that I have no complaints it’s just annoying because we found somewhere that my son is happy to come back to as we’ve used many barbershops in the past and he’s blindly gone. I’m never going back so I just think they need to sort out your booking system better.

We apologise for the confusion regarding booking on Saturdays. We will be working reduced hours on Saturday so will not be able to offer all services to begin with. We will definitely take your feedback into consideration and be sure to review our Saturday service offering in the future. We do open until 6pm on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, and 8pm on Thursday.
