Hadn’t been back to this salon for a number of years due to homeworking , booked online and was given Julie as my stylist, very pleasant and knew what she was doing and what I wanted after looking at my pictures, pleased with the result , the reception staff were also pleasant on my arrival and I was offered a drink immediately with a nice choice of coffees 👍🏽

Came in for a cut and blow. Staff were extremely friendly. Ellie took me to wash my hair and made me feel so relaxed! Gave me a head massage too. I really enjoyed it! Victoria did an amazing job at cutting my hair. I showed her a photo of my chosen style and she did exactly what I asked for. She even showed me a few styling techniques I could do myself.

Love Shaun’s approach, a creative stylist who listens to what I want. Happy customer😍 Coming to J & C always an enjoyable, relaxing experience. Oh and the massage chair is always nice when getting your hair washed.

Just wanted to say the apprentice (Ellie and the other girl ) were amazing on what they did. Very thorough in applying the dye and amazing blow dry and finish.

I have been coming to Jo and cass for over 3 years now and have never had any problems, yesterday I was very much disappointed with my visit.
Firstly I had booked my appointment 2 months ago with Becca and my appointment was not with her? I did accompany with my cousin as she had an appointment at the same time, I did however have Joe who was lovely and I loved my hair but I had in fact booked with becca.
Secondly my appointment was at 3pm and my haircut didn’t actually start till 3.25pm, another lady had shampood my hair now normally I absolutely LOVE this bit it’s done so nicely calmly and relaxing whoever was washing my hair I felt like she was washing it so vigorously it wasn’t enjoyable or relaxing at all and very rushed my cousin went 5 minutes before me to wash her hair and we both finished at the same time.

I then made my way back to the chair where I waited to have my haircut. The haircut and end result was very good, but I was very disappointed to not have who I booked with and I felt very rushed and it wasn’t my usual relaxing visit I’d have.
I didn’t mention anything about not having becca on the day as I needed my haircut doing and blow dry as I had a wedding that night so just got on with it.
And then there was confusion over payment as I was being overcharged I understand prices have gone up but surely you would have on the system how much you’ve agreed to pay when booking an appointment.

Lovely hair coloured cut bye Shaun yesterday

Went to get a completely new style done with incredibly uneven self cut hair and a very vague idea of what I wanted lol! Victoria made me feel very relaxed and comfortable and very efficiently gave me great results! The place is really welcoming and everyone is very friendly

I've been a client of Britt for about 6 years now and I never have any complaints. She always does exactly what I ask for and having my hair done by her now always feels like catching up with a friend. We had a slight mishap with my colour but nobody was at fault, everyone in the salon was baffled as to why a mahogany/purple colour came out bright red on me! Needless to say Britt didn't hesitate to fix it by mixing up a fresh batch of brown dye and starting again, despite this meaning she had to stay late. I ended up leaving with the cut and colour I wanted (as always) and will be back.

My hair is always done by Victoria.
She listens to what you would like & gets it right. The salon is very modern, comfortable & staff always happy & friendly.

Honestly every time I go its the best experience! Britney just provides a next level service and is truly amazing at executing the vision I have. Nothing Is ever too much I think oh my hair won't be as good as last time as it was beautiful but dammmm blown away everytime!

Thanks to Katie we enjoyed the same high standards of client care that we come to expect.
