Miracle worker

Been going to Jo & Cass for more than 10 years now and I always leave the salon feeling amazing. Brittany is very professional,knows her stuff always gives good advice and make me look fabulous.

Once again, Brittany has performed a small miracle on my hair that has been subjected to my very amateur skills(?) in cutting and colouring for the last year.

As always, I was in safe hands. Joe is professional and very friendly. Always willing to make suggestions and give ideas and still listening carefully to what I want. He is always checking in with regards to length and style, so he knows how to get it just right.

I’ve always been happy with my hair results from Joe & Cass. But this time I’m not satisfied with my colour. My roots are literally black and I asked for brunette as an overall tone.

From the moment I arrived at the reception my experience was good. A relaing hair wash with a back massage and elvated feet. Followed by a coffee whilst Victoria cut and blow dried my hair. I left feeling very chilled out.

Brittany is an amazing stylist and even with all my issues due to medication and illness with my hair she never ever gets it wrong. I always recommend her to friends and family. As well as being an amazing stylist, she is a really lovely person always friendly and kind and nothing is ever too much of a problem for her

Initially looked lovely however now my daughter has straightened her hair it is severly botched and the stylist was not welcoming or even listened to what she requested infact was rather abrupt bordering on rude I will be calling and complaining tomorrow first thing.
Have to say my eldest daughters stylist was first class and have never had any cause to complain on countless past visits.

When a I visit Jo and Cass it always feels like a special treat. The staff are friendly and professional and Victoria feels like a friend. The fact a drink was brought while I waited makes it feel special. While I was having my hair washed I was put at ease and the massage was lovely. Victoria discussed the style I wanted and the colour of my highlights. I was undecided so she advised me and the result looked great.

It had been a great experience with Brittany. She asked what style I preferred and at every level I was met with satisfaction.

I left the salon feeling better and brighter, and very happy with the way Victoria had cut and styled my hair.

Shaun is excellent and has always seen my son since a young age.
I was completely gobsmacked in the price rise from £9 to £17.50 because he is now age 5 from 4. I could understand an increase in a couple of pounds but almost double the price was shocking. Questioning whether we’ll be coming back again which is such a shame.

I had a fabulous experience and all stylists did their upmost best to help me feel comfortable with confident with my hair colour and style. Tegan was very helpful and Katie was very supportive and I am looking forward to my next appointment.

I attended yesterday with my two kids. Nothing was too much trouble for her and her colleagues helping me to keep the kids busy, whilst allowing me to get my hair colour done. Excellent salon, staff and service!
