Excellent as always

Well booking Victoria was last minute and I am so pleased fate made it happen. I even got a WOW from my 27 year old daughter which is not normal. The colour was excellent covering all grey and the cut and dry was exceptional. It looks the best it has looked in years. Very happy and I will be back.
It is very expensive but I work abroad so coming back and getting a good quality cut and colour is worth every penny.

I always enjoy visiting Jo and Cass and yesterday was no different. From the hair wash sat in a massage chair, to arriving at the hair style station with a peppermint tea waiting for me my relaxation began. Victoria is always very friendly and her skill is obvious.My cut was beautiful and I left feeling and looking great

Can't thank Grace enough for doing my hair for the grand national, She did a fantastic job 😊 The salon was so fresh and boujee. Had a great atmosphere, really good coffee and an amazing massage chair whilst you get your hair washed.

The salon was very somber and lacked any kind of enticing atmosphere. Even though the salon is new, its seems really in need of some attention. Missing paint, and unfinished shelves etc.

Very thankful for the cutting and styling for my daughter's hair . Been coming for years for both of us and staff sre always welcoming and been autism friendly for forever which is very appreciated . I also enjoy the drinks and magazines available which always adds a plus to the experience .

Had a fringe cut and layering put in. Sean really listened and interacted with what would work with my hair. Very pleased with the outcome and will be back.

Not my usual stylist - hair wasn’t dried properly - it felt damp and not as smooth as it usually does.

Went in with the intent to change from blonde highlights to a chocolate brown with caramel highlight's. Didn't come out with either, it's more of a caramel blonde all over. And just felt I wasn't listened to. Sat for 5 hrs and just not happy at all. I'm also a regular customer

I knew as soon as I walked in that I had made the right decision coming here. I was overwhelmed by kindness. From the start to finish I felt that I mattered. Natalie was my hair stylist if that’s the right word. I felt very at ease with her. I’ve been through a lot recently and I needed that. I nearly burst into tears at the washing my hair bit - I was very overwhelmed by kindness and the head massage and chair massage/ just perfect. Natalie listened to me. She made me feel worthy (in contrast to my life at the moment). I didn’t really know what I wanted done. I just wanted to feel better. She seemed to get that like most people wouldn’t.
She took so much time creating and perfecting every bit. I asked her to take a picture of the back of my head when she’d finished. It didn’t even look like me. I walked out with strength and I’ve made some positive changes to my life since then. It was the best thing I ever did.

As always, I really enjoyed my time in the salon. Victoria discussed with me the colours for my highlights and as usual I took her advice over the combination of colour after choosing the tone I wanted. I enjoyed the Chat with Victoria as she worked and this is part of the "me time" experience I love. As the salon wasn't busy it was a very chilled atmosphere. My hair was styled beautifully and Victoria gave me a tip for styling at home.
