I love coming to the salon as you are greeted with a smile and feel pampered as soon as you walk through the door. Everyone's quest for perfection and customer satisfaction is evident and always achieved. The measure of a good salon is that the client always feels better when they go out than they did when they came in. I always feel better on the way out, a new me.

Just for washing my hair and cutting the ends I paid £38.40 plus a £9.60 deposit.
The woman who was supposed to take care of me was more focused on walking and talking to her friends.

Very pleased with my hair. My stylist explained everything to me I needed to know and took should good care of my hair. Will be definitely going again.

I booked an appointment on Friday for Saturday am, the receptionist was super helpful fitting me in last minute.
When I arrived the two girls on the front desk were so friendly and polite, one hung my coat up while the other offered me a drink.
I had a wash and blow dry with Joe and he was so lovely, super chatty and friendly and so easy to talk to. My blow dry was perfect and throughout the appointment he kept checking I was happy with the style….will definitely be booking for more blow drys when in for my nails with Holly at Hollsdolls ! xx

First cut at a salon for a long time and I really enjoyed it. Daniel was excellent. 10/10.

I have had my hair done by Katie for many years now and I always love what she does! She always gives good, honest advice to suit the needs of my hair. I travel from Lancaster to get my hair done by Katie and it’s totally worth it, she is so lovely, friendly, bubbly, professional and very talented with what she does. You can’t fault her!

I had booked an appointment at 4 , first of all he took me in around 4:30 gave me a quickest wash in the world i.e 5 mins along with conditioning. Cut my hair and charged me extra in the name of styling. He was very rude and unwelcoming. Never visiting this salon ..such a waste of money

Always greeted with a smile and offered a drink. Happy with my visit, Shaun is always friendly and I am always consulted on how the style went previously and what I wanted this time. He offers suggestions if solicited. I’m really happy with my stylist he is excellent and makes me feel comfortable and valued. The new salon looks great my only concern is the lighting installation over the waiting area, whilst impactful and impressive, it is far too low and a H and S risk. I bumped my head on it when straightening up after picking something up from the table. I’m sure I won’t be the first and the spikes could poke someone’s eyes out.

A fab experience as usual. Katie is always friendly and pleasant. I start with a coffee and Katie always asks what I want to do with my hair and doesn't assume it's always the same (even though it usually is!). I love the massage chair as I have my hair washed. Katie always cuts my hair well and I always leave feeling refreshed, lighter, and like a new woman!

As always the salon did their best to fit me in at short notice. One of the juniors gave me a wash and blow when requested without the e oectation it would be possible as I just dropped in to make a cut and highlight appointment for next week. She was professional and chatty which made my visit enjoyable and the result wS great hair and a gappy client. Thanks Nd sorry I can't temember your name.

I have been going to Jo & Cass since they opened in Preston. I have always received 5 star service. Stylist and all staff could not do more to make me feel welcome. Victoria is a very accomplished stylist.

Absolutely lovely experience from start to finish were greeting and offered drinks . We didnt have to wait, we were seated promptly. Amie was lovely and polite and made it a positive experience for my 9yr old . She enjoyed the relaxing hair wash first and was very pleased with the cut and blowdry. Thank you we would definitely recommend.

I have been coming to Britt for several years and she always does my hair exactly how I want it and pays a lot of attention. I am looking to change my hair colour next time I visit Britt and she explained the best way to do this and was very thorough. Would never go to anyone else.

I arrived looking windblown and weary, and actually at a very low ebb. But when I left I really did feel transformed. Thank you Victoria!

I had a balayage done for the first time and it was an amazing service, Brittany took the time to explain to me all the steps and asked me loads of questions to make sure i get the desired result

This is the best hair in Preston town for a haircut. I've been coming to this hairdresser for years, and I absolutely love how she treats her clients and give the best haircut.
