As always a pleasant experience with a haircut I think is worth travelling a 150 miles trip!

The stylist seemed confused and unsure of what they were doing but they produced a good result. The staff forgot to do a strand test when I went in for a allergy test. The reception staff were very welcoming and the hair washing was excellent. I'm not sure the new massage chairs were as effective.

I always enjoy coming to see Chloe, she always makes me feel great once I've had my eyebrows done and she is working wonders with my back and shoulder pain.

I brought my daughter, Francesca, for her first ‘proper’ hair cut including a balayage. Erin was so patient, helpful and put my daughter at ease. The cut and colour were PERFECT. Thank you so much, Erin.

Came with my 7 year old daughter and we had another amazing experience. The staff are always so very friendly going above and beyond. We had Helen for the first time this time and she was just so brilliant and talented. My hair is growing back from chemo so it was an absolute mess and I didn't think it could be styled but she absolutely styled it amazing into a new cut I love it and its the first time I have liked my hair since losing it during my treatment I'm so so happy. My daughter is so happy with hers too but just mostly loves the hot chocolates and pamper. Thank you again Jo and Cass and the wonderful Helen. We will see you next time

Before Jo & Cass I’d never been a repeat customer at any salon because I’d never found the right one. However, I’ve been a customer with Jo & Cass for several years now, always with Lois, and would never change! Lois never fails to make you feel like her only customer, is always bright and bubbly, and knows exactly what will look and feel good. The salon itself is a dream and puts so much effort into constantly improving, and the little extras like the massage chairs and projector make it extra top quality. Always a great experience and I’d never go anywhere else!

I love coming to get my hair done by Toyah. She’s always super positive and great to chat to. I love that she not only does my hair the way I want it but she offers her professional opinion too which I think is really important, as not all shades/colours/cuts suit everyone. Services by Toyah are always 110%.
The only thing I would say is that this time for my visit the the massage chairs were not working which was a shame and also the head massage I was given (not by Toyah) wasn’t very good. I must admit that other than wanting to go to Jo and Cass for great end results, I do pick the place by how relaxing it is, as i don’t get a lot of time to myself, and head massages/massage chairs are important to me. (Especially if you’re spending 20-30minutes there waiting for toner/getting a treatment). Also I believe the area where they wash the hair is supposed to be super relaxing and young members of staff chatting behind your head and giggling away isn’t really it. I do appreciate it’s important to have fun at work but I think if they do want to chat and giggle it would be more respectful to the clients to do it elsewhere. (Especially if they are just sitting and waiting for clients treatment time to end and not actually doing anything).

I'm a regular with Faye for colour and always received a friendly and professional experience. It's a pleasure coming into the Salon, with Steph and team on reception- always with a welcoming smile and conversation. Its my 'wind down' on a Friday afternoon - l always look forward to the experience.

Always lovely to spend a couple of hours at the salon, getting great advice and hair care from Rachel, as well as a lovely chat.

This was my first time having my hair cut and coloured by Holly. I am really impressed. Adored what she did with the colour and a few tweaks on the style. Even the texture of my hair was different i.e. Not frizzy. Will definitely book with Holly again.
