Eryn was great she did mine and my daughters hair thorough consultation for both of us and perfect cuts by the end, she was friendly and made it a lovely experience.

I really enjoyed my hair dressing with Issi.
She was lovely to talk to with a very nice manner.
She is also a very good stylist, she seemed very intuitive and gave me a good trim and fringe cut as well as a lovely hair wash and massage. I would highly recommend Issi to anyone.

I really like the hairdresser I saw. Her name was Isai and she was friendly and chatty.
My hair style was just a trim and fringe cut bet she seemed like a very competent stylist.

Today we had a colour and blow dry with Liam. All staff were professional and polite making the whole jo and cass experience so enjoyable. Liam is an absolute gem if always highly recommend!

As soon as I walked through the door the experience begins ! At reception I was greated like a long lost friend they couldn’t do enough for me. Hot drink of my choice while I waited for Rachel. Rachel came and greated me with a big smile and we discussed what I wanted today. We chatted and laughed and finally I was shown the finished result- gorgeous , just what I wanted! Rachel has been doing my hair for over 20 years she is a gem! ⭐️

I'm so glad I have been asked to leave a review. I recently visited with my daughter (7) for a birthday blow dry. I was so impressed I booked in myself with travelling quite a distance before.

The salon, service, ladies are all so welcoming. Hollie then came to greet me, talked me through everything and has done the most incredible job of my hair- I love it and truly felt as though I have made a friend for life.

Can't wait to return again in a few weeks time. THANKYOU x

Congratulations and thank you for refurbishing the chairs in the hair washing area. I have never felt so comfortable at a back washing basin! Normally I really struggle with them as they were always really uncomfy and I’d gave neck pain for days afterwards. Not this time! Much better! Thank you

I enjoyed my visit. Everything seemed very clean, organised and the staff worked together like a well-oiled machine. I like that the lights are low in the hair washing room so that clients are not dazzled when their heads are back. Everything seems considered and careful. Lois cut my hair really well, advising when requested, but also listening to my requests.

Amazing experience, professional, polite and lovely staff throughout appointment.

I only needed a trim and a quick consultation about my next big hair change. I agreed to keep the length to grow my hair out for a colour change and Samantha was excellent at suggesting tips and ideas.

The whole experience was wonderful and Hannah is friendly and my hair wasn’t excellent

Toyah is amazing at what she does and is by far the best hairdresser I have ever had! She always takes the time to complete a full thorough consultation, and listens to every word, there’s no rushing, just time, time to make sure everything is perfect and I can’t tell you how much I value that time, particularly as my hair has a tendency to do its own thing.
