I love my time at J&C Lancaster. Every time the stylists go above and beyond but on this occasion I was on the clock and needed to be out by a certain time. I was in for colour followed by cut and blow. The staff had listened and were prepared. I was out in plenty of time, and I’m super grateful and thankful to have such an amazing team as Danielle and David take care of me. Thank you! Nic

Nice atmosphere in the salon, made to feel welcome by all staff. Lois was very professional, personable and I was really pleased with my hair. I’d not had a colour in the salon before so I appreciated Lois’ humility when she checked with her colleague about which colour to use. The cut was fantastic and I felt that my root coverage was more thorough than I’d had at my previous salon. Very nice experience and I booked in with Lois again in another 6 weeks.

I visited Jo & Cass for the first time yesterday to have a cut and finish, being quite skeptical and a little bit worried as anyone would going to a new Salon, I was soon put at ease when walking through the door. The staff are lovely! and very welcoming and the Salon itself is beautiful. I am so happy that I chose Jade too, she is very professional, friendly and you can tell she has heaps of experience, I was so impressed that I have now booked in my colour to be done with her. Great experience from start to finish! P.s thank you to the girl who washed my hair too (apologies I didn't get her name) the head massage was lovely! :). Would highly recommend!
