Amazing job. Myself and my daughter had a lovely experience at the salon and loving the new hair cut.

We come to the salon, for or eyebrows trim, it just feels very sovial and relaxing.

was eager to try a less harsh straightening application than keratin. so far, it's nice. it feels a lot lighter than the keratin treatment and I'm happy that it has fewer chemicals. my appointment was managed very professionally.

I’ve never had Ellie before but she was so professional, took the time to understand what I wanted, looked closely at my hair and was so attentive throughout x

I had a full head of a colour with a cut and both the ladies that took care of me were so lovely. They were both very professional and knowledgeable but also very friendly. I thoroughly enjoyed my appointment and would definitely rebook.

Had a lovely time at Jo and Cass with excellent result from genius colourist Danielle. My hair is soft, shiny, immaculately cut and looks naturally blond! Every one from reception to Graham the owner are welcoming and friendly and the results are amazing! LOVE my hair!

My first visit to Jo & Cass & the delightful Erin was my hairdresser. She was friendly, gave lots of advice & I was so happy with the cut. I'm going to become a regular!

Paige managed to translate my vague description of what I wanted. Gave me the appropriate advice and produced a style which was spot on. I was very happy and perhaps more importantly approved of by my family.

As always, I enjoyed my afternoon at the salon having my haircut and coloured by Rachel.

I made an appointment after being frustrated by not being able to communicate my needs to my previous salon. I was nervous about going to a new salon, but I needn’t have worried. I was treated like a queen from the moment I stepped in. Ellie worked her magic to start correcting a bad cut that was making me feel horrible. I left the salon feeling like a different person. Your hair is such an important part of how you feel about yourself and now I feel amazing! Thank you.

I was honestly completely thrilled at what Holly managed to achieve in such a short space of time. I arrived with some images which she had not seen before but she certainly rose to the challenge and then beyond it was for an event in a 1930 style musical where I was meant to be a version of Ginger Rogers. Her skill knowledge and expertise. She showed thorough kindness and understanding through the entire experience as well as complete utter consideration for me as a client. She carefully listened to what I wanted. Asked me questions throughout about tweaking things here and there to make it absolutely perfect.
Not only that, but my absolutely stubborn poker straight hair held beautifully the curves and roll which she had put in right up until the following day. I can honestly say I have never had that experience. The compliments I got throughout the afternoon were truly phenomenal. I have never felt more beautiful or more confident, especially as the event was quite a challenging one where I had to perform in front of a large audience all who have had varying needs and preferences.

I have used Holly once before for an event where I was impersonating Audrey Hepburn and she did a similarly fantastic job turning my shoulder length hair into a very convincing pixie cut without snipping off so much as a millimetre. She is truly a great stylist and I would go so far as to say artist and would recommend her with not just five stars but 500 stars. *************************************

Discussed what I wanted and showed a couple of pics. Was advised about how much colour and the cut. Really really pleased with the outcome. Super friendly and professional service. Definitely worth the money. Can recommend Paige who is a genius at cutting and styling - even on very thin hair like mine!!

Well it was my 2nd visit to Jo and Cass I booked to have my hair coloured with Helen
My appointment was 12.30 I arrived 15 mins early so I was not late and was shown to my chair.
I was greeted by Helen and she said she would be 10-15 mins.
I was not attended to until 25 past 1
I nearly walked out as I was waiting for over an hour late.
If my hair had not turned out perfect I would not be coming back but luckily it went so lovely I will be back

I go to Danielle at Jo and Cass and wouldn’t use anyone else because she gets it spot on every single time. She leaves my hair looking naturally blond and in great condition at a very reasonable price. Fabulous service from the reception staff who always know your name to Danielle who an always warm, friendly and a very talented colourist.
