Great first experience at Jo and Cass Lancaster yesterday. I was going for a colour change but felt in safe hands with Toyah. Receptionist also very warm and welcoming. Salon was lovely, my only upgrade would be to provide a better treat with the coffee.

This was the first time I’ve been in a salon for a number of years since developing scalp psoriasis and i was feeling really anxious. Kitty the stylist made me feel very relaxed throughout the consultation and my anxiety soon settled. Absolutely thrilled with the end result and can’t wait to book in again. Kitty was such a lovely, friendly young lady who couldn’t do enough to make sure my salon experience was a pleasant one, from regularly checking on me to make sure my scalp felt ok to asking if I needed anything .i can’t wait to book in with kitty again .

When I booked in with kitty for a full head colour ,wash and blow dry, kitty was aware of how anxious I was feeling due to not being in a salon for a number of years since starting with scalp psoriasis. From beginning to end kitty made sure I was happy with the consultation and made to feel relaxed and very pampered. The end result was gorgeous , very happy with everything and I can’t wait to book in again with the lovely ,professional , polite young lady.

Excellent cut and blow dry by Lois as always! I went to her wanting something different to normal and she worked her magic to give me exactly what I wanted. The whole Jo & Cass experience is brilliant from start to finish and I always leave feeling happy. Thank you!

My stylist was Ruby. I was impressed with her professional approach, excellent knowledge of products and she was a joy to talk to. I’m looking forward to my next appointment.

From the moment I met my junior stylist Ruby, I knew it was going to be a great hair styling experience. Ruby is very professional, exemplary knowledge of latest products & a pleasure to talk to.

Brilliant as always - Hannah and I discussed options - Hannah gave me her opinion and advised me on colouring my hair - I love that she will be honest if she feels the style won’t work with my hairs current length — I can trust that I will be happy with the end result and I know she knows what she is doing

Lois makes me feel so welcome and comfortable, my hair is quite challenging, with it being wavy, course and grey hairs, we try different colours to complement them for subtle regrowth, I trust Lois implicitly with my hair and her expertise
The ladies on the Reception are so lovely and helpful (and funny)

Helen Murray is an amazing hairstylist and extremely knowledgeable about the individual requirements you need. Helen has consistently proven to be our favourite stylist.

Danielle is an incredibly caring, skilled professional hairdresser who truly listens and understands exactly what I want. She takes the time to make sure every detail is right and always knows how to make my hair look its absolute best in a way that really suits me.
Her attention to detail, skill, and genuine care really set her apart. You never feel rushed, and she puts so much thought into her work. I always leave feeling confident and absolutely loving my hair.

My hair is thick and wavy and about 3 months overdue to be cut. Jade did a good job. I left feeling much better. She was friendly and chatty but not too chatty! Great experience! Thanks

My stylist is really good does an excellent job just a shame it feels like you are not looked after very well it took the young girl an hour to bring a coffee and the girl that washed my hair off wasn’t great
