First time I’ve been to a proper hairdresser, really enjoyed the experience and the end result! Molly was also a great person to chat to.

Hair looks amazing as always. I can totally trust Paige's advice and know my hair will look great.

Both Lyndsey and the colourist Lucy were excellent. My hair looked so much better and I've had many compliments.

Paige was lovely and I am very happy with the results and my hair has been much admired.
The advice Oaige gave me was great.

Not so keen on the lie down was. Interesting experience and it bruised my back. Not great for anyone with back problems.

Chelsea did an absolutely fantastic job and really listened to what I wanted, I am absolutely over the moon with my hair.

Lovely polite staff and atmosphere. Always knows what I want Rachel but always asks incase of change. Did not feel comfortable on the new sink chairs would rather stay with the old type.

Having not had my dyed professionally for years, I was a little nervous, but what can say Lois is master in colour! I love my hair every time I have it done. I WON'T go anywhere else.

This was my first time to the salon and I can’t wait to go back. Lois was fantastic. She was friendly and understood what I needed (a good trim). We also spoke about me getting balayage on my next visit. Ruby washed my hair and gave a fantastic head massage. I can’t wait to go back for my next treatment.

I came to the salon to do my eyebrows at 12:30 on Friday. I don't remember the master's name, so I wrote the first one, but you can follow it according to my record. I was shocked so I left immediately. I am blonde from the world. I'm blonde with a light skin tone and I had deep black eyebrows done!! before the procedure I said that I would like light brown and the master said ok but made it black!!! I paid for it!!! it won't wash off, i pooped all weekend and went to work today with this horror!!!! Why keep a master who makes fun of customers??? you ruined my life for 6 weeks until it washes off!!!!! Just imagine a fair blonde with light skin and black eyebrows! I hate you now!!

I have been coming to Paige for years and every single time she is amazing. She always makes me smile and caters my experience for me and my quirks. Also LOVE the new lay down sinks!!!

My appointment was just for a wash and blowdry and to ask advice.
I arrived looking like I'd been dragged through a hedge backwards and left looking silky smooth.
I was fed up with my dried out frizzy and tangled hair and had difficulty dealing with it.
Hannah told me how she could sort it out for me and gave me all the info on what she is going to do.
I left the salon feeling very happy.
Looking forward to my next appointment.

Have to mention Charlotte (appreciate/junior) washed and applied toner and head massage. Was informative and caring and did a fantastic job.

I’ve been a client for years and always had a good service however today I had an issue with my booking- a cut and blow dry. More lengthy appointments had been booked near my time slot which resulted in me having to wait over an hour for my appointment which wasn’t ideal as I live over an hour’s drive away. I was very pleased with my hair ( as always) but feel that maybe more care should be taken when booking appointments. Hopefully this is constructive feedback 🙂

Danielle has been doing my hair for a little while now. She is absolutely fab. I trust her to make my hair look amazing every time! Even with the limited explanation I always give her of what I roughly want she always manages to meet that and more! Excellent experience with her and in the salon in general. Staff are all lovely, complimentary drinks whilst you’re having your hair done and very efficient.
This is the best salon I’ve ever been to!
