My daughter just had her starting school cut. She loves this place. We are always welcomed in and it’s nice for us that the kids have their own little cutting room away from the busy hustle and bustle. My daughter loves getting a juice and sitting in the car for her haircut. Ellie is lovely with her which makes for a very calm experience.

As always very happy with my hair appointment David does a very good cut & styling.

I have previously visited the same hairdresser (Molly) and had fabulous results and endless compliments on my hair. After not being able to afford this service for a a couple of years (buying/renovating a home) I eagerly returned to treat myself before an upcoming holiday.
I felt the Molly was distracted as the she talking talking to another customer behind getting their hair done (she was buying that persons house).
I could see thick bleach paste being applied to my hair and just trusted the process as I have visited Molly before.
I am shocked with my results, Molly had never put me under a heater previously but did this time (late PM appointment) and said it would be fine, again I trusted the process. At the end Molly told the nice young lady washing my hair to emulsify the bleach/dye which I'd never previously experienced but again I just trusted the process, since consulting with a few new hairdressers they were all confused as to why that would be done to my hair, as a result the highlights look inconsistent in colour and brassy.
After paying £130 for balayage that looks like roots that have grown out I am very sad and disappointed that I wasted my money.
Multiple people have commented on how bad it looks for what I have paid. I'm just so sad and disappointed as I eas really looking forward to treating myself and feeling a bit better about my hair.

Really fantastic service! I needed an up do hairstyle for being a bridesmaid and it was a little last minute so I was so impressed there was someone available. Holly was so lovely, she did a great job, got so many compliments about my hair and she was so friendly. I am a bit paranoid about my hair (always on the scruffy fluffy side!) But she abd her colleagues were really complimentary and made me feel amazing. Thank you so much.

My experience at the salon was great. I haven’t been to a salon for a number of years and my hair was in need of some TLC. Holly was very knowledgable and recommended some products to me to get my hair back to looking healthy again. Everyone in the salon was very friendly and professional. I’ll certainly go back again.

Excellent advice from Danielle as usual. She gets to know your hair and blends in roots expertly and advised threading extra blond through the front for a natural look. My hair looked amazing! Danielle makes your hair look the very best it can and is so kind and friendly. It was lovely to see Bradley who always remembers who you are and the reception staff who are very welcoming. The whole team make you feel like family. Can thoroughly recommend!

Loved Liam, he knew exactly what I was going for and gave me the best curly cut I've ever had!

Colour regrowth and finish. Danielle was fantastic, really friendly and did a good job. I had my son with me, and Danielle managed to organise a cut for him too with the barbers whilst I was waiting for my colour to set.

I had balayage foils and was disappointed that they were quite brassy. I mentioned this after styling and I could see the result properly but since they were closing up, the advice was to go back for a toner or buy a semi permanent box dye at home. Bit galling when you’ve spent over £100 having it professionally coloured.

Zero conversation, complained about reception not booking enough time out.
After well over 20 years salon experiences this was not the best !!
