Came in on the 15th October for a cut and blow with Graham, knew i wanted something a little different discussed with Graham who has always done my hair he knows what I like after a discussion we chose something and I was absolutely amazed. It looks so different for me and I love it.
Really happy.

The staff is amazing, they provide luxurious treatment, Holly B did my smoothening, she was really patient and explained the process step by step. Cleaning bit could have been a little better, otherwise 10/10

Phone last minute to try and get a good trim before going away. Fitted me in the same day and had a very good cut and blow dry from a lovely, chatty and very experienced hairdresser.

I had my first eyebrow wax by Chloe, we discussed the procedure and she gave me a tint test in case I decide to do that in the future

Feeling dull & down, I managed to get a last minute appointment with Hannah and came out feeling and looking ten times better. All the staff at Jo & Cass Lancaster are friendly and helpful. I’ve been going for years.

Liam is always brilliant. Would highly recommend him and his skills!

I have long thick hair was told after waiting 20 mins for my b/D that I had only a half hour appointment , I had told receptionist when booking I e got thick hair and a colour prince to add went washing my hair, then I got a girl who hasn’t done a curly blow dry to do my hair, who in the end I told to blast the dryer on my hair and curl it . The curls just dropped out it’s my birthday today I’ve flat hair not style and you charged me £45 !

Quite a revelation for me - I haven't been to a hairdressers for years because they always make such a hash of my hair, but this one actually listened. Hallelujah!

As always David is friendly, professional, extremely skilful and does an absolutely fabulous job

Was a bit disappointed and felt rushed. The next clients arrived just as I sat down, think Charlotte was running a bit late but they were early.
I had to ask her to cut more off and I don’t think she has put any layers in that we discussed. I think she was probably stressed but I am not as happy with my hair cut as usually am when I come to visit your Salon.

I love having my hair done by Samantha, she listens and is very thorough and Samantha always advises and gives me ideas to try!

Sam is very helpful, full of knowledge and experience! I’m very happy with the advice given to me about colours, styles & ideas!! Made to feel at ease from the very start!!!!!

Welcoming salon, all staff were attentive. My overall experience was great!

Danilelle very kindly fitted me in at the last minute for roots touch up for a party. All the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Danielle left me with natural looking blond hair and even though she was rushed off her feet she took time to make sure it was perfect and even have me a trim. I had my hair beautifully styled and washed by lovely Holly who was a star.

Really happy with hair colour and enjoyed talking to Fay, she is such a skilled hairdresser! Everyone is very friendly from the front desk staff to the trainees who bring drinks and was hair. A very good salon!

I cannot recommend Holly highly enough. She is as beautiful inside as she is out, and her kindness and professionalism shine through in everything she does. In my 45 years of visiting salons, I have never met a more caring or talented hairstylist. Holly has an incredible ability to not only make me look my best but also to make me feel my best. I always leave her chair feeling uplifted, confident, and happier than when I arrived. She is truly one of a kind.

I love having my hair done at jo and cass hannah does exactly what i want and like she's honest when she's asked about different colours or changes if i want doing, which i love about her, my cut and toner felt great like id had it coloured lovely clean toner curled as well, hannah your the best 👌 all the staff are lovely and friendly.

Excellent throughout

Samantha did a great job, taking my hair from a dark blonde colour to a much brighter honey blonde shade. She listened to what I asked for and did exactly as I asked. Very happy with the new colour

Saw Matthew, who, as usual, was brilliant. He was, after checking it was OK with me, training two apprentices. He was kind, thorough, and engaging with both of them, making sure they were both understanding of all aspects. I was also delighted with the cut he gave me.

Booked appointment for the Saturday on Thursday at 9:15 only to be told on arrival the Saturday than I was a no show on Thursday.
Clearly reception are not listening to the customer!

I had a lovely haircut today. Hannah was excellent.

Holly T. Holly did my hair lovely again. I have short fine hair, I wasn't sure how I wanted my hair. Holly talked through styles and was very patient-also listened to the ideas I had for a style. Came out with hair looking lovely and trendy short style! Very talented young lady. Will continue to visit when hair needs cutting again!
