I always have a warm welcome to Jo & Cass, the girls on reception are lovely and chatty, plus efficient. . . . Hair is always cut to perfection. X

always go to molly because she’s the only hairdresser who’s ever got it right plus she’s lovely. a 10/10 experience as always and i love my hair. always makes me feel welcome and we have a laugh :)

Mathew gave El a brilliant hair cut. He was really pleasant and negotiated a great compromise between El and I over the hair cut she wanted (bit too radical!). She is thrilled with it, thank you!

I've been coming to Jo & Cass for many years and have never felt the need to 'complain' before. However my last visit was quite uncomfortable and I spent the last hour of the appointment just wanting to leave. I had several visits to the sinks to try and correct the colour, and I'm not totally happy with the end result. To be fair to my stylist, she was very professional and dealt with the situation very well but the bottom line is, I paid a lot of money for a service that I felt was not, on this occasion, up to standard with a result I'm not happy with.
There was also a very cold draft where I was sat for most of the time I was there.

Ellie has been styling my hair for over ten years. I’ve moved away from Lancaster area but still travel to the salon- wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I've been having my hair done at Jo & Cass for many years and this was the first time I have felt unhappy when leaving. My hair is not the colour I expected and the experience was a bit of an ordeal with the colour not working as expected and needing adjusting a couple of times....I was just wanting to go home by the end of it.
My hairdresser, I have to say, was fabulous and dealt with it very well, she's an amazing stylist and always pleasant, chatty and polite but at the end of the day I was not happy with my visit and it's a lot of money to spend to not be happy.

Ruby from beauty was amazing! She’s kind and professional. I even booked a treatment with her for a Mother’s Day gift as my mum also loves her.

I had Tints and Shimmers With Hannah, who's absolutely brilliant at her job, she's been doing my tints for years and would never go to anyone else. Then Graham cut my hair and again I can rate Graham highly enough. Love the salon so comfortable and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Love love love Jo and Cass.

I always love Helen doing my hair as she does a fantastic job, is very friendly and thorough!

I thought the service I received Saturday was wonderful, time was taken and i was listened to and advised positively about hair colour even though Hannah had other clients waiting or just needing finishing off i felt not rushed or hannah didn't hurry in any way with me i felt special it was lovely me time thank you hairdressers are very important people to have in your life they can lift your mood and make you feel a million dollars even with a simple wash and finish love my clean blonde hair and cut ✂️ thank you ?

Every 4 weeks Aly makes me feel and look 10 years younger. Amazing!

Aly has been my stylist/colourist at this salon for over 12yrs. She is attentive & patient with what my hair aspirations are & gives me advice as to what is suitable & achievable with my curly hair/texture & colour.. I am very lucky to have found her.
The salon is also great & all the staff are truly obliging, friendly & lovely people.

Lovely guy but the whole experience wasnt fantastic. He didn't chop anything off the top at all which wasn't great. And the advice afterwards was very rushed and he obviously wanted to get the appointment done with asap

I was fortunate to get an appt on the day as there was a cancellation. I had a new hairdresser as my regular one was not available. The cut was true to what my regular cutter would do but also had its own flair. Friendly and very professional. Very happy!

GREAT experience from start to finish, so much nicer than other salons I've been too and so relaxing. Faye is so lovely and did a fantastic job!

I have been going to Jo and Cass for 20 years. Graham cuts my hair and I always leave the salon totally satisfied with the result. It is always a pleasure to attend the salon. The staff are very friendly and professional. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Rachel did my cut(name not on select) always polite, listen to how I want hair done with confidence. Always makes me feel comfortable and drink always asks..

Danielle coloured my hair and Graham did the cut. Very happy with both. Danielle suggested a pink toner for a change of look. This turned out lovely, pleased with my visit.

Had my hair styled by Graham who always does a fantastic job. When I say I recently moved south yet still come to Jo and Cassyou will know how highly I rate not only Graham but the whole salon. A lovely experience..

Please note I already spoke to the assistant manager (Holy?) yesterday so I am just repeating what I have already mentioned in person. This was a birthday present from my husband and confirmed some of the suspicions I’ve had with the last three facials that I’ve had at jo and cass in the past year I feel the treatments are rushed (treatment 50mins instead of 1 hr 15) with much less attention to detail and care for the individual client. Yesterdays treatment felt particularly rushed and stressful…not helped by the fact the therapist had VERY long finger nails which I felt throughout the treatment and prevented her from working with the detail and care that is essential for neck and facial work. At the end of the treatment I was not offered any water (pretty standard after a treatment for rehydration) and just left to make my own way out. It sounds horrible but I felt like an inconvenience and I was pretty upset (after having years of the kind of care Emma used to provide). It was definitely not worth the price it cost and I’d ideally like to see my husband refunded the cost of the treatment.

Danielle was amazing as usual. She makes me feel welcomed, valued and gives me excellent advise. She leaves my hair looking naturally blond and beautifully cut. She really looks after me and I’m starting to view her as a friend.

She did my hair exactly how I wanted. She would redo anything as many times as I liked until I was satisfied with the outcome, it was a really nice experience and she was very helpful and accommadating. Excellent customer service. Will definitely come again!

Liam helped me select a fabulous new colour and style. I felt a million dollars as I left the salon and it’s easy to maintain after Liam's advice. Great service as always would and have recommended Joe and Cass and Liam to my friends.
