Deanna has been expertly cutting my hair for well over 15 years. During that time, she has been unfailingly kind and professional. She has always listened to what I wanted, and I have always left the salon feeling happy with the cut and colour. My last visit was no exception. I hope she never retires!

Such a relaxing environment, I was made to feel very special, offering drinks Latte, Prosecco etc ? Ellie spent time discussing what I would like and what coloured highlights. Had such a lovely experience getting my hair done. Ellie was extremely knowledgeable and showed me the colour chart and helped me choose the right colour. Had a lot of people comment how lovely my new hair looked on my night out. The prosecco was a fantastic added treat.
The young girl who washed my hair was also outstanding and the head masaage was truly relaxing. Wonderful experience

David always gives the very best service. He always listens to requests and delivers with great professional flair.

David never fails to cut my hair with the precision it requires. I have very straight hair and it's unforgiving to cut. Over many years I can truthfully say I have been happy with every cut.

As always, Faye discusses how I want my hair to look, giving good advice on colour and aftercare. I always leave the salon feeling great.

From walking in to walking out was such a lovely experience. Friendly staff to greet you and my hair stylist is such a lovely lady. She washed and restyled my hair into a bob which I absolutely love. It’s perfect and she’s wonderful. ☺️❤️

Lois is a lovely bubbly young lady - she always puts me at ease and makes sure I’m comfortable- she is also a brilliant stylist who listened to what I would like and talked me through what she would do - I am super happy with my cut and feel confident it will be easy to manage with the option of a straight look or lose gas waves

This is the third time I've had my hair done by Liam is 20+ years I've been coming to the salon. I recently chose Liam to do my hair as he has an eye for detail & understands what style suits me as an individual. Liam is also not afraid to take risks but equally will say if a style isn't going to suit. Another positive about my experience with Liam is that he seems to care & I really value this, he's also a good listener.

Overall salon experience is great as always, staff are always polite & friendly and work hard to keep the positive reputation Jo & Cass has. Everyone is great.

I have never had professional highlights before until the two bookings I’ve had with Samantha. The service has been impeccable and I couldn’t be happier with the result. She has an excellent attention to detail, also helping me make well informed decisions on hair colours and the various styles available. I have always struggled with my hair’s appearance throughout school, so to now be empowered by a new style is everything.
