As always, excellent! Paige is so knowledgeable. Paige listens to my ideas and is supportive whilst gently advising what suits my hair type/style. Always come away pleased with the cut and colour and I get so many positive comments. Everyone at the salon is so friendly and helpful, from reception to hair washing to styling.

Absolutely thrilled to bits with my hair colour + cut, I’ve been coming to toyah for quite a while now + my hair has never been as good

My first vist back with Chloe since she finished for maternity & it was a treat.
Time was spent tidying up my nails & cuticles before applying the gel polish.
As this is my 'treat time' it is nice to be able to take time out from a busy life & not feel like I am being rushed through to make way for the next client.

Felt very relaxed and welcomed. Chloe was very good and I am very impressed with my nails. I will definitely be back.

It was the first time I took our toddler for a haircut. The attention to details and way Matthew and the staff made our daughter enjoy her experience was great!

Holly is amazing. My highlights are always perfect due to her eye for detail. She turned my brassy, yellow hair into ashy perfection.

Helen was able to rectify my colour from brassy blonde to ash and blonde hilites. I was a little concerned at first because my hair looked silvery grey but Helen advised me that the toner would bring out the ash tones and to use purple shampoo. It worked! I shall definitely go back.

Lois is fantastic at her job has a great welcoming smile.

This session was supposed to be with Andrew, but Graham (the owner) very kindly stepped in to do my hair in his absence. He did a beautiful job, I was so pleased. I have a lot of hair and it’s not the quickest or easiest to manage but Graham made me feel comfortable and I left feeling refreshed and confident! The lady on reception was lovely too!

Liam has done my hair for over 10 years now. I always get so many compliments afterwards. He is an expert and I wouldn’t see anyone else.

Matthew was very welcoming and gave me a great haircut. He and all the other staff made me feel spoiled, relaxed and happy. Thank you all ?

I had a lovely experience today. Came for a facial but was pushed for time and beautician adjusted my time for me to accomodate my needs.
Had a dermatologica facial and it was lovely.
Would definitely go again. Sadly, can't remember my beauticians name but can describe her for next time.

Everyone at Jo and Cass is so friendly and welcoming , from the receptionists to any passing stylists who say hello and compliment your hair. But Lois is the best, really kind, helpful and a fabulous stylist. She really enjoys her job and creating masterpieces and keeps checking in that you’re happy with the result. I can’t recommend her enough!

It's a shame Chelene's name isn't in your list because I'm sure many would want to praise her skill. She has healing hands and is so attentive and conscientious. She remembers your particular needs and is always sensitive about respecting your wish for conversation or relaxing silence. I always feel very relaxed and cared for when I leave. If, like me, you love your naturally curly coiled locks, a visit to a hair salon can be a bit nerve wracking unless you’re lucky enough to get a stylist who really understands cutting, drying and colouring curls and has the confidence and patience to style it. My last visit was to Alfie T and can recommend, especially if you have natural curls.

I had a thoroughly enjoyable early morning appointment with lovely Danielle who put my hair up for a wedding. She make me feel amazing and my hair was perfect, th curls lasted all day and my hair looked good the next day, all wavy with a few ringlets. The reception staff were really lovely and made a fuss of me! They helped me chose a blusher from the make up counter and Danielle put it on for me. Thankyou everyone, especially Danielle for making this wedding such a special occasion

Enjoyable experience. Claire is a good stylist and good at chosing colours and shimmers. Enjoyed the back massage whilst having my hair washed just missed the fish projection on the wall.

Lyndsey is a brilliant hairdresser. Such a lovely person

Despite the fact Alfie is an amazing hair technician, I did feel he wasn’t given enough time to spend on me and I feel my hair was rushed a little. The time and attention given didn’t feel personal (not Alfie’s fault) and if I had to round it up in a phrase how I felt when I was in the salon was “sensory overload”. There was far too much going on, too noisy and not a relaxing atmosphere at all. The only part I did like was the massage chair but they kept putting the bright lights on above and spoiling the relaxing atmosphere. I do feel awful having to say all this because I’ve always been to Alfie because he’s good at what he does and he’s such a beautiful person but I’m afraid my experience of the Salon (not Alfie) and what I paid for that has left me not wanting to return unfortunately.

Deana was amazing as always- I wouldn’t have my hair done by anyone else.

Need new teapots and cups as the ones I were given looked filthy!

Danielle made my hair look amazing, she gave me excellent advice about my highlights. It’s lovely to have someone you can trust who will always do her very best for you and your hair. She’s incredibly kind and friendly. I look forward to seeing her. Ruby did my eye brows, and gave me a pedicure and manicure and she made me feel thoroughly spoilt. I’ll definitely book in with her again. Fabulous experience all round!

Beauty Department, is the best in the whole area ❤️. Had shellac colour fingers and toes. Yana is absolutely brilliant, what can I say can't recommend highly enough.
