By admission I am an extremely fussy client. Mia listens to what I want and achieves it every single time. A talented, polite young hairdresser and an asset to the J&C team.

My hairdresser’s name is not listed above. She is Chelsea Bolton.
I had a very positive experience; warm welcome from all staff. Chelsea really listened to what I wanted, she spoke through options and gave advice that allowed me to make my own decisions about my colour choices.
My cut was efficient and she styled my hair using quality products.
All in all a great treatment. I have already booked my next appointment.

Always a wonderful experience from start to finish

Fantastic hair cut. The but is because of the use of disposable towels and no towel turban style as you walk from sink to chair. If Molly wasn’t so good I really would not use this salon.

As ever Liam was careful, creative and kind taking care of all our needs giving my son a great haircut.

Transformed my hair, 1000% recommend

It was my first time at J&C. The hairdresser I chose was off sick and I was asked if I wanted to change to Alfie which I said yes. When I arrived I was shown to a chair in front of a mirror and was told Alfie will not be long. I was offered a drink. 10 minutes passed and still no sign, at 20 minutes I was going to get up and leave but then Alfie arrived. He apologised for being late, he had not realised he had an appointment at 10 as it was a last minute arrangement. Alfie was lovely (even when a bit rushed and unorganised ?) everyone has commented on my hairstyle. Would definitely recommend Alfie as a great stylist (even with someone else’s scissors!!!) Thankyou Alfie, I will be back ?

As usual Danielle does a superb and skilful hair colour for me. I definitely recommend her.

I had never had a facial before and it was absolutely lovely. Ruby explained everything and was v professional and used gorgeous products to make my skin feel amazing. It was v relaxing too. I would highly recommend.

Brilliant hair cut.
Good advice on colours too.

Haircut by Liam was really good. My hair style is an asymmetrical undercut, which can be tricky to maintain as I like it. Liam did a great job and improved it beyond how I usually have it. Really happy, very professional.

Another amazing salon experience from Mrs. Hartley and Erin. I am so so pleased with my colour and cut. Expert work from Hannah - she cut my hair to perfection and we went a shade lighter on my roots and it looks beautiful. The true test of a cut is being able to replicate what Hannah does - and it worked - looked fabulous!

I really appreciate having Erin to wash my hair. She’s now qualified - congratulations! I love how Erin knows the right temperature of the water, the right pressure and always cares about my comfort. That head message is very relaxing - she has healing hands for sure. Thank Erin and congratulations again.

I bought a shampoo and conditioner from my favourite range and got a free gift. In the free gift Hannah recommended a certain shampoo - and I love it! Wow! Will be purchasing this next!

Fantastic natural full head highlights, super quick, super fine, , love it ：）

I usually have 'painted on' bleach blonde but wanted a change to something more blended and natural for grow out. I wasn't sure if we could do that today.
Not only did Lois find the time, she did a fantastic job, as always! I absolutely love the new colour and look forward to seeing how it changes over time.

We always love coming for our family haircuts Molly Holly and the girls are always amazing with our children. It’s a real experience for them.
