Faye somehow takes my incoherent ideas and turns them into the haircut I wanted. She listens, suggests options- perhaps just a tiny bit more off? - and delivers.

Natalie is such a fantastic stylist, she's so knowledgeable and client-led in her advice, my delicate curly hair is in very good hands with her.

This was my first appointment with ruby after using the same beauty therapist for years.and having to change because our working hours clashed. I was a bit nervous at first having somebody else do my eyebrows and lashes but Ruby was lovely and I will definitely be booking regular appointments with her.

Having had some uncomfortable salon experiences in the past, I was pretty nervous to speak openly about my wants and needs. The receptionist, Stephanie was super helpful and made me feel listened to without judgement. The stylist Andrew that she paired me with was incredible! Definitely a safe space to express what you want without the fear of being laughed at or judged. Would definitely return.

I’ve been going to Lois for my haircuts for a long time now & I wouldn’t trust anyone else! Not only does she do a brilliant job every time, but she is always bright & bubbly & genuinely friendly. I used to dread getting my hair cut but Lois makes the whole experience really good.
Further to that - the whole salon experience at Jo & Cass is lovely from start to finish, and you’re made to feel so welcome.

Helen was amazing! Best hairstylist I’ve had, she was so helpful with the consultation and then did an amazing job and took so much care.

Had hair dyed and cut today. Lyndsey is such a pro and can always be relied on to get the result I want. Holly the colourist is a little gem and doesnt even need direction before assessing and mixing colour.(s).

It has taken me a while to find a consistent hairdresser, but Toyah always gets it right! This time I went for something different, and loved it right away. Toyah is attentive and takes her time with your hair (I had full head of highlights with a shorter cut and style), and helps you to feel comfortable.

Absolutely fantastic salon. Happy and friendly team of people working so efficiently and providing the best experience. Lois was fantastic. The colour and cut has literally transformed my hair. From being guided to each chair offered drinks and a beautiful massage chair whilst having my hair rinsed, what more could I ask for! You get exactly what you pay for in this salon and that's the best. My whole family use jo and class now. Fantastic!

Warm welcome, lovely friendly staff. Matt always listens to what I want and then does a brilliant job cutting my hair. I feel confident about discussing my appearance etc. I have always been very happy with the results.

Paige was fantastic as always. She took lots of time to really explain what would and wouldn’t work, and why. The best thing with Paige/ Jo and Cass is value for money - you don’t just get a service and pay and done, the aftercare and advice is always given so you get the absolute most out of it. Also loved how friendly and professional Izzy was :)

Since finding Jo Cass salon my hair has never been better. Holly does my colour and Andrew cuts and styles it .
I definitely feel amazing when I leave . Highly recommend this salon in Lancaster .

Helen is a wonderful stylist and I always enjoy the whole Jo and Cass experience.

I had to change my appointment at short notice so couldn’t get an appointment with my usual stylist. Erin did my hair and what a wonderful job she did.

Lovely friendly reception staff. Chelsea totally understand what I wanted. Offered sensible advice. I totally trusted her judgement. She was very proficient, professional as well as super lovely. Great hair cut and finish.

I had a truly fabulous experience from beginning to end. The shampoo and head massage was relaxing and done very neatly. Andrew has amazing skills and the ability to make me feel welcome, relaxed and more importantly a million dollars.

Excellent pedicure by Chloe as usual. Chloe is friendly and very efficient but did not rush through the appointment. A very relaxing experience.

Natalie was so informative and helpful with all my questions, made sure I was well taken care of, was great to chat to and did an incredible job on my hair!

Chelsea took the time to look over my photos and discuss with me in detail exactly what I wanted. I made comments about not having time to do my hair very often and she took all of this into consideration when cutting and styling my hair. I’m so pleased with the result
