I came into the salon today as a new client and was recommended Aly todo my hair. She’s the best hairdresser I’ve ever had, she made me feel a million dollars. She recommended new colours to me and gave me great advise about what products I should be using. I’ve never had a hairdresser mention a face shape before. I was blown away.

I've been coming to Jo & Cass for 21 years and every time it is a lovely, relaxing experience . Even to my annual glass of champagne at Christmas, everything is done to make you feel good & have a pleasurable experience. All staff are always happy and welcoming. Paige is amazing. I have full head highlights, she uses several colours and takes time & care always checking I'm happy with the result. The cut is always superb.

Yesterday was my forst visit,From walking through the door your staff greeted me with a smile,,took me to reception and hung my coat up,,everyone was so relaxed and gave a warm welcome, the reclining chair and massager was amazing as was the head massage,, I was offered a drink and a magazine whilst Danielle cleared up after her last client,,the whole experience was great ,,I booked another appointment before leaving, thank you all so much,,your salon and staff are a credit to you

Lucy has been cutting my hair since 2017. I have always found her professional and Lucy knows how I like my hair to look.

She is lovely as well as a good stylist, I’m an ex hair stylist with very difficult fine hair only a few stylists over the years have been able to give me a good cut .I appreciate her very much,

Toyah really is an absolute gem! She’s skilled, knowledgeable & works to high standards, always doing her utmost to ensure that the client is happy throughout the appointment. She really does make every effort to obtain 100% satisfaction. She’s of a lovely cheery disposition, a good listener, and someone who’s able to build up a comfortable rapport very quickly. This has never been more evident than over the past few months during which time she has started colouring & styling the hair of a close family member of mine who has suffered a brain injury. Toyah has very quickly won her confidence, showing much care, patience & respect. Family member has each time left the salon feeling valued, & very happy with her new look. Yes, Toyah’s an absolute gem.

I look forward to my visit to the salon every 6 weeks. Everyone is so friendly and makes you feel special. David is an excellent stylist and paige always colours my hair perfectly. I have been going to jo and cass for about 18 years and have always been very happy with the results.

My initial visit to arrange appointment was professional and I was able to get in quickly which was welcomed .
Again when I arrived I was offered a drink and made to feel welcome always nervous when coming to a new hairdresser having been with previous hairdressers for 13 years.
Lyndsey was lovely she made me feel at ease and listened to me about my requirements also nice to chat to .
My husband likes my haircut and it feels much better after only having it cut twice since Covid.
