Liam is an asset to your salon. He puts you at ease and really listens to what you want. He also checks along the way to make sure you are happy. He is very professional and makes the whole experience very enjoyable.

Graham always cuts and blow dries my hair.He is a excellent colour and stylist.I have never had a bad hair cut in al the years he has been styling my hair.He is brilliant!!!

I’m so happy with my hair!! The best it’s been since I’ve had it done by far. Lois and me had a discussion about what I wanted but she also had input about what would be best for my hair. So so pleased!!

Wanted to leave a review for Lois, she was amazing. She listened to what I wanted from my appointment but after a discussion she told me what was right for my hair. My experience throughout the appointment was great, all the staff were lovely and friendly. When Lois had finished my hair I was the most pleased I have been since I’ve been having my hair dyed, the cut and colour was amazing and im so pleased she advised to get a good amount cut off, which it needed. I would recommend jo and class to anyone, especially Lois!!!!

Love my visits to Jo & Cass. Staff are always friendly and welcoming. Paige is a fabulous stylist and I highly recommend both the salon experience and the talent of Paige.

I wanted a completely new look with volume and change but didn’t really know what exactly I wanted, but Samantha did my hair so perfectly! She was so attentive and guided me with every step making sure I was happy with it. I absolutely love it, have had so many compliments and it’s exactly what I had in my head. Also a lovely atmosphere in the salon, will definitely be returning.

Molly was excellent as always and Olivia who washed my hair was also very polite and professional. It is always an extremely enjoyable experience coming to this salon.

I had an appointment with a senior stylist who couldn't make the appointment . I travel a long way so couldn't change my appointment day. Reception staff were brilliant and managed to fit me in with another senior stylist , Natalie at last minute.
I was very anxious seeing a different stylist as I wanted a total change from long blond dry hair to shorter hair starting a transition to my natural grey. Natalie however was great. She helped me work out what was best to do and I ended up with hair cut into a wonderful, stylish shape just above shoulder level with highlights and toner to get rid of the brassy blond. If anything I look younger and feel much better about the way I look, my husband thinks it looks great too. Thank you.

Always a great experience with Claire. She's been doing my hair.for years and I am never disappointed. She now has the 'pleasure' of cutting ny 15 year old daughters hair, which can be a challenge but Claire never lets us down.. Wouldn't go anywhere else,

Very pleased with the cut, colour and all round experience. Lovely atmosphere in the salon. My stylist Paige is brilliant, always listens to what I want but also guides me based on her knowledge too.

Danielle is an excellent colourist and hairdresser overall. She has a friendly personality and doesn’t rush you even when she is running behind.
I came back to her after going elsewhere. But she is just the best 😊

I’ve been & Jo & Cass client for many moons, in fact since the salon’s early start-up days on King St! Other than one very unpleasant experience with one staff member, during a time of significant personal trauma, I’ve always been very happy with Jo & Cass. My regular stylists over the years, Deanna, TJ, and for the past 6 years or so Toyah, have all been utter stars. Changing needs over recent years ie age, illness etc have highlighted the unwavering professionalism of Toyah. Over and above her excellent skills in everything hair, and believe me she’s very, very good at what she does, she’s consistently shown unsurpassed kindness and empathy towards both myself and another very ill family member. She really is an absolute gem. There are many other staff members too whom it’s always a pleasure to meet in different areas of the salon, names too numerous to mention. They all contribute in a myriad of different ways to making a salon visit something to look forward to.

Liam did an absolutely fantastic transformation of my brassy yellow hair to my natural grey, I had 5 months growth and the demarcation line was so frustrating, so I asked his advice on going grey. I love what he did, it was better than I dared imagine, so happy with the result. Thank you Liam you are a star!

Fantastic relaxing facial, I even had a lovely hand massage too. My skin felt and looked gorgeous afterwards.
