I called the salon at the last minute for a hair appointment and was offered a couple of possible slots on the day. I arrived and was shown to a seat immediately and offered drinks whilst my coat was taken and it was no problem at all to sit somewhere with space for my pushchair. A lovely young girl washed my hair and was very chatty and friendly, and then my hair was cut and styled by another lovely girl, who managed to sort my frizzy messy hair into a lovely style. I’ve already booked in again for another appointment and had a patch test done.

An excellent pedicure given by a very professional and pleasant therapist. I enjoyed the experience very much, and will return.

I came in for a consultation with regards my hair colour ... and although it was very busy in the salon I was really impressed with Tasha who was v helpful , listened to what I had to say and was really enthusiastic about being able to help. I have booked a colour and hair appoint for a weeks time .

Another fabulous hairdressing experience with Mary. She always really listens to what I am looking for and strives to deliver a perfect look every time. The end result today was even better than I hoped. I would recommend her, only then i’d find it even harder to get an appointment with her!

Today was my first time at Saks and I can honestly say I was so pleased with my experience. From the moment I arrived to leaving my appointment at the end, everyone was so friendly and welcoming.
I had Tasha do a cut and finish and colour on my hair and I can’t fault my appointment. She was so friendly and attentive. Tasha took the time to speak with me about the colour and what I wanted to do with the cut. She did everything that I wanted and was very helpful when I was unsure of what to choose. Having not been to the hairdressers for some time due to having a baby, it was well over due and needed doing. Thanks to Tasha and the amazing colour and cut that she gave me, I was able to leave feeling happy and confident with my hair.
Overall I would definitely recommend Saks Kings Hill.

This was our first visit to the salon, whilst my daughter had her hair cut I enjoyed a manicure that they fitted it whilst I waited. Considering Sophia's long heavy hair they cut and finished it beautifully and made her feel special which is wonderfully kind. I received the same super service and will visit again and try more sevices.77

Unlike many other salons, Saks Kings Hill has a welcoming relaxed feel. The staff are polite and friendly, making the experience pleasurable. Gina is a fabulous stylist who listens and understands what you’re wanting achieve and successfully replicates it. She puts you at ease with her engaging vibrant personality, always going the extra mile to ensure you are thoroughly pleased with your cut, colour or style.

Sophie always does a fantastic cut and blow dry. The best hairdresser I've had and so sad to have to leave due to moving. Please pass on my thanks! X

The team at Saks have been incredible this week - worked to find me an appointment that suits me to have my nails done, and they look amazing (had several compliments!), then given me an hour’s escape from life where Mary has transformed my look with a brilliant haircut. Such a great place from a fab team ?

Had a manicure and gel polish with Fran. My nails look amazing - Fran did a fantastic job. I always love coming into the salon. The staff are so friendly and professional.

I brought my little girl in for a birthday treat as she'd never been in a salon before. She loved it and was treated like a proper princess - thank you x
