Excellent consultation with Becky at Kings Hill. Everything was explained v thoroughly and Becky discussed options for my skin that I hadn't thought of. Also has a facial which was great. V pleased with all the service at Saks beauty, Kings Hill but in particular with Becky's professionalism

Michelle was amazing! Was quite apprehensive, but she was so friendly and kept chatting to me, I was totally (well, as much as you can be when having this done) relaxed. Didn't hurt half as much as I thought it would. My next appointment is booked and can't recommend enough.

Anabel is a lovely girl, always chatty and always a pleasure getting my hair styled by her. I haven't dyed my hair in over a year and but when she gave me a light uplift and I love it.

Michelle is again a lovely girl, always happy and wry friendly. She done a great job on my nails after having an awful experience elsewhere.

I have been coming to Saks for a number of years now, all the staff go out their way to provide a really great service. I always feel that I am truly valued as a customer and treated as an individual, making the visit a personal one rather than just another appointment! I always leave feeling great and really happy with the results!

I had my tummy fat frozen. I was very concerned about it being fat and fifty but Niki made me feel so comfortable and gave me a wonderful facial as well

Fabulous service as always. Hair wash was so relaxing and cut was exactly as asked for. Will continue to keep going back.

Had a facial today and it was excellent as always. Since starting my skin care with Nicky I have had so many compliments and my skin has improved immensely. Nicky gives excellent advice and the products that she recommends and spot on with no pressure selling at all. Would highly recommend her.
