My manicure was excellent. Michelle was very friendly and my nails look great. The hand massage at the end was really relaxing. I would throughly recommend this treatment.

Popping into Saks Kings Hill is always a pleasure. The staff are lovely and the treatments are great quality. I've tried other local salons and they're just not as good. Highly recommend :)

As always, I was treated very professionally and my needs were accommodated. It was a relaxing experience enhanced by the heated treatment bed. Just what was needed on a cold, damp day. Just a pity that the refurbishment didn't improve the desk/computer area - I feel sorry for the staff having to work in such a crowded space.

As always felt pampered and well looked after Imogen and Molly made sure I got drinks and was comfortable felt relaxed and at ease very happy with end result as always

Had a lovely cut and colour by Sophie but hair wash was not good. It costs an extortionate price so the hair wash is an important part. And should be relaxing. Was not asked if I wanted leg rest up, quick wash and treatment on extremely short massage and that was it. In the morning at the treatment has been washed off and had been a totally difference experience. Need to review clients experience in this area when charging London prices people want to feel relaxed and pampered at each stage and the hair wash is part off the extra erirnce

Had two facials with Michelle recently. Not a treat I have much these days but mega stress forces me to take time our before migraine madness. Oh my goodness Michelle is brilliant. A real talent. It's a huge extravagance and indulgence for an outdoor toughie lady like me but what a difference I felt and feel to my skin my neck muscles my shoulders. Wow. Last night she said she'd won an award for her Saks hard work. No surprise .. she deserves to win them all. Thank you thank you Michelle.

Despite the salon being extremely busy, all the staff were welcoming and helpful as always.

I had lost my mum and had puffy eyes from crying, not sleeping etc. I felt horrible so I booked a facial in the hope it would relax me and make me feel better. I could not have wished for a better treatment. Everything I said had been taken into consideration by the therapist and it was tailor made for me. Thank you!

Had the best appointment today with the fabulous Annabel, a wonderful cut and a change of colour b4 Christmas, everyone is so friendly and polite it really does make the whole experience so lovely. Can't wait for my next appointment! X

Hair colour service always great. While my hair was being done a lovely lady came over and asked if I wanted my nails filed and polished. The lady doing my hair said it was free as the nail technician was new. However, when I got to the till I was charged. I don't mind paying for services but I do think you should be telling people how much you are charging up front as I felt a bit misled.

Nik was as fantastic as ever, she is so talented and always makes my haircut and colour look amazing.

I was delighted with the service I received today. Tasha spent a great deal of time discussing my options. She cut my hair from very long to short. She happily took small amounts off the length until I was satisfied with my decision. She showed me how to cope with blowing it dry myself.
I was very pleased with the outcome and felt that I had never had the same level of consideration at any hairdresser's I have visited in the past.

I went in for a full head of high lights earlier today with Imogen, they've came out amazing. I went for a light blonde ashy, mixed lot of highlights and she done it exactly how i wanted. I also received a nice hair wash and head message from sammi (i think that was her name?) that was really nice also.
Over such a lovely experience and already booked for december!

Love Tash. She gets me even tho I'm old and not the most attractive specimen. Hope you don't mind having us trolls (in the real sense not current usage) in your salon!

A great experience. I previous colour experience had gone wrong and Zoe managed to sort the disaster and give me a natural look which I'm really pleased with.

I was greeted with warm smiles from all the staff and a great atmosphere throughout. Zoe was my therapist and was friendly and informative with great tips on how to keep my hair healthy. I had a luxurious wash with amazing scalp massage, a perfect cut and even though I am fussy with my curls I recieved an amazing blow-dry keeping to my own style and left the salon feeling a new woman. I have just had an Amazing hair transformation, colour, cut, blow dry by 2 apprentice.
Their ability to stay calm and patient in procedures New ti them will see them succeed and go far in the company/line of work.
I was treated with 1:1 care in a proffetional way throughout .
I left feeling special and a New woman, wishing to return.

Annabel cut my 11 year old son's hair really well today. He absolutely loved the cool style she gave him and she had a lovely manner about her. We would definitely recommend her!
