I have just had highlights at Saks Kings Hill salon and it looks great. Lovely salon very friendly and comfortable. Had it cut there couple of weeks ago and am very pleased with the result. Would thoroughly recommend the salon and Imogen who did my hair.

As always, a lovely evening spent in the salon with Mary. She is professional, attentive and I am so happy every time I leave. The salon has a great atmosphere with very helpful and friendly staff who are always ready to answer all my questions and make sure I have a really great experience.

The first hairdresser that I have loved every haircut, they really listen to what you want.

This place is brilliant, the team are fantastic and so welcoming. Anabell and Nic are great stylists.

Becci is a totally lovely lady that always leaves me feeling relaxed, happy and with such soft skin! She always listens to me and gives me the time I need. Yesterday, I popped my head round the salon door (SAKS Kingshill), to ask if anyone was able to do a quick eyebrow recovery! I was grateful that someone was able to see me immediately. I ended up being a while longer as I then booked a further treatment in a vacant appointment there and then.

It was my first visit. The ladies were kind, professional and genuinely interested in the well being of the clients.

I am set to return in 6 weeks ????

My mum had a lovely experience with Emma conversationally and treatment as well . I had an amazing facial and head massage and felt totally relaxed as well xxx

I'm 38 weeks pregnant and I had a full body massage, which was absolutely amazing. I felt very comfortable and knew that they had my interests first or any concerns that I had being so far along in pregnancy.
I felt relaxed as soon as the massage started and wished it went on for longer it was so nice.
I am already booked in for a follow up massage to relax me before labour. Thank you for a lovely experience. Miss Garrett.

Michelle was amazing! Was quite apprehensive, but she was so friendly and kept chatting to me, I was totally (well, as much as you can be when having this done) relaxed. Didn't hurt half as much as I thought it would. My next appointment is booked and can't recommend enough.

Alway get great service and am made to sell special at Saks- Zoe who does my hair is lovely and alway has great advice on looking after my hair.

Anabel is a lovely girl, always chatty and always a pleasure getting my hair styled by her. I haven't dyed my hair in over a year and but when she gave me a light uplift and I love it.

Michelle is again a lovely girl, always happy and wry friendly. She done a great job on my nails after having an awful experience elsewhere.

I have been coming to Saks for a number of years now, all the staff go out their way to provide a really great service. I always feel that I am truly valued as a customer and treated as an individual, making the visit a personal one rather than just another appointment! I always leave feeling great and really happy with the results!

I had my tummy fat frozen. I was very concerned about it being fat and fifty but Niki made me feel so comfortable and gave me a wonderful facial as well

Fabulous service as always. Hair wash was so relaxing and cut was exactly as asked for. Will continue to keep going back.
