An enjoyable experience at the salon but sadly not good quality as nails did not last. I was on holiday and within 48 hours one of my nails came off in one piece then each day after another nail came off. I was only away for 6 days and I oiled my nails each day but I came home with only 3 of the original gel varnish on. I thought the price was extortionate anyway for removal and new application. Over double what I usually pay where I used to live so was very disappointed and will not be returning to the salon for my nails again.

I recently had ombre balayage done at Saks Kingshill.
I have been having a cut there for past few years and I was pleased with the way they understood my hair and what I wanted. Pleasing and well mannered staff, mostly very helpful.
I had ti change stylist as my previous one left and with a bit of apprehension I booked with Natasha Collier.
I am bery pleased with the way she understood exactly what I wanted and took time to do my hair colour and beautiful layered cut.
I was pleased but am more now as my friends are complementing how good my hair look !

Had my hair cut and coloured by the lovely Tasha. Really pleased with colour great fir my up and coming holiday cut good too. Also used beauty for waxing. Lovely staff quick and efficient. Perfect now fully ready for my hols.

I called the salon at the last minute for a hair appointment and was offered a couple of possible slots on the day. I arrived and was shown to a seat immediately and offered drinks whilst my coat was taken and it was no problem at all to sit somewhere with space for my pushchair. A lovely young girl washed my hair and was very chatty and friendly, and then my hair was cut and styled by another lovely girl, who managed to sort my frizzy messy hair into a lovely style. I’ve already booked in again for another appointment and had a patch test done.

An excellent pedicure given by a very professional and pleasant therapist. I enjoyed the experience very much, and will return.

Always a pleasurable visit and cut just right.

I came in for a consultation with regards my hair colour ... and although it was very busy in the salon I was really impressed with Tasha who was v helpful , listened to what I had to say and was really enthusiastic about being able to help. I have booked a colour and hair appoint for a weeks time .

Today was my first time at Saks and I can honestly say I was so pleased with my experience. From the moment I arrived to leaving my appointment at the end, everyone was so friendly and welcoming.
I had Tasha do a cut and finish and colour on my hair and I can’t fault my appointment. She was so friendly and attentive. Tasha took the time to speak with me about the colour and what I wanted to do with the cut. She did everything that I wanted and was very helpful when I was unsure of what to choose. Having not been to the hairdressers for some time due to having a baby, it was well over due and needed doing. Thanks to Tasha and the amazing colour and cut that she gave me, I was able to leave feeling happy and confident with my hair.
Overall I would definitely recommend Saks Kings Hill.

This was our first visit to the salon, whilst my daughter had her hair cut I enjoyed a manicure that they fitted it whilst I waited. Considering Sophia's long heavy hair they cut and finished it beautifully and made her feel special which is wonderfully kind. I received the same super service and will visit again and try more sevices.77
