My first visit to Saks. Gina listens to exactly what you want and gives advice on whether it will work or not. She's not afraid to be adventurous with my hair as I get bored easily! I love it and the salon has a really nice relaxed feel to it. Will be back soon!

So I decided to treat myself today and have not only a full body massage but a facial aswell and as always Fran was excellent with both treatmeats. It was a very long session with high standards throughout.

I have had regular appointments at Saks for several years and have never been anything other than delighted. Nik is very experienced and knowledgeable as well as being very easy to chat to. I tried lots of local salons before Saks and none of them come close to the friendly yet professional attitude of this one. I would highly recommend this salon.

I had my hair done by Gina today. She is always really helpful and cuts my hair exactly how I like it. All the staff are always really helpful and kind. A really good experience.

I have been a client of Zoe's at Saks Kings Hill for just over 2 years and I can honestly say, I've never been happier with my hair. I am 42 and a mother of a 5yr old little boy. With this in mind, it must be time to hit 'dullsville.'
I walked into Saks with a dull bob and Zoe gave me a a very thorough consultation. She quickly understood me and realised that my bob was definitely not me at all.

Since then we have explored lots of wonderful hairstyles. I currently have a platinum crop and I've never had so many compliments!

The support team have also always been lovely. Visiting Saks is my sanctuary. 3hrs of me time - within an environment of girls who really get it!

I cannot recommend Zoe and her team highly enough / and in fact I frequently get asked where my hair is done so recommend as much as I can.

Over Friday and Saturday the wonderful staff at SAKS Kings hill sorted the hair of all 5 members of the Evans Family. Saks Kings Hill are amazing. There is always a friendly welcome on arrival and this continues throughout the whole visit. Every staff member is very happy. Nicci is the most brilliant therapist. My wife requested me to have "a decent haircut" to which I reluctantly agreed to see her hairstylist. Pleasant welcome and a good result, which my wife is delighted with. So could be I will return !

I have had hair and beauty treatments at saks and the staff are always so courteous and welcoming. It's so comforting to walk into a salon (which can be quite intimidating for some) and be put at ease immediately. I am quite nervous about having my hair done but have always been happy with my service, the staff are extremely tuned into what I need and want and never fail to meet my expectations. I love saks and can't recommend this salon enough!!!

After arriving at the correct time, just before my appointment, I waited over 20 minutes without any explanation or apology. I had to complain just to get any acknowledgement that I was waiting, which I felt was extremely unprofessional. Eventually I was seen half an hour late, and therefore had to re-schedule my plans for the rest of my day. It was during the week and was not particularly busy, the staff just appeared to be very unorganised.

The woman who did the wax seemed extremely under-confident and inexperienced. She really didn't seem to know what she was doing at all. She took about twenty attempts to remove the hair, when at my regular salon it is done quickly and efficiently, with no drama at all. About six weeks later, as the hair started to re-grow, I realised that (probably due to her pulling the hair out in the wrong direction) almost all of it was ingrown. I had to use a very sharp pair of tweezers to literally dig into my skin and pluck out at least 50 ingrown hairs. I still have some two months later! This had been extremely time consuming and painful, and will probably leave scars. I have never had problems with my regular salon, my problems only started after my appointment at Saks, Kings Hill. I would have to be paid a lot of money to return here.

Staff should not be allowed to do procedures that they are not correctly trained for. I had to suffer the consequences of this.

Avoid at all costs.
