I always leave my hair to the last minute when it needs to be cut. SAKS were amazing. Called up and offered me an appointment with 25minutes (I was fortunate) especially being a Saturday appointment in the afternoon.

I’m staff were lovely, passionate about their job and customer services.

Felt thoroughly spoilt today having Nik return to do my hair. Colour was just fabulous and great cut and styled with wonderful curls. Great to have you back Nik .....

Service was great as always. Running to time but still not rushed through treatments

The massage was brilliant however when I came to re-book I was told you no longer do courses of treatments but points. On explanation the points just didn't stack up in the same way and as I use sports massages for management of a back issue. So in short, after a few years I haeve decided to go elsewhere as value for money have changed.

Alicia took my hair from drab to fab. Walked out feeling amazing. Lovely to chat to and great hairdresser. I also had a hair treatment and very relaxing head massage. Thank you

Great evening spent at Saks - facial and hair cut - what more can a girl need on a Wednesday evening! My skin has so improved since having regular facials and love advice from Michelle. Although I had a very good experience with Gina I was glad to hear Nik was back in the floor... my usual hairdresser for nearly 10 years. Excellent service every time and good to have a catch up.
