I have just been transformed at SAKS Kings Hill by Jemma.
Greated with a smile by reception, a lovely coffee & comfy chair and consultation re my style was the beginning of a few hours pampering.

My whole experience was relaxing, surrounded by pleasant staff and Jemma who went through each stage of my hair style.

The final result was just what I wanted!
I left feeling very happy and look forward to my next visit.

It was my first visit at Saks, I get very nervous so I asked for the director level.. as I hadn’t given much notice my colour and cut was split between both Mary and Natasha. Both of these stylist were fantastic! I am so pleased with the end result and the lovely care taken by both these ladies. There knowledge and expertise was outstanding :-)

I’ve been coming here for just over 2 years now to get my hair coloured but this is the second time it has gone wrong and the colour Looked awful. This is a really expensive hairdressers so I don’t expect to come out so unhappy with my hair colour. I had to pay for the mistake this time which I do not agree with, I am booked in for them to rectify the issue which means more time out of my day & the travel there so having to pay the £134 for the colour to be wrong again is not acceptable.

Today I had Gina do my hair at Saks Kings Hill and I absolutely love it. I really wanted a change and going from dark to a blonde ombré I wasn’t sure how it was going to turn out, but it’s perfect. Gina was so helpful and has done a superb job. Thankyou.

Mary is fantastic- I’m always so happy with the result. My hair looks great not only after the appointment but right through to the next.

This afternoon I had a gel file and polish with Alex. Alex is amazing, I enjoyed our chats and she took her time to complete what I wanted. The other staff are very friendly and the salon is clean and presentable.
Alex used a glittery powder on top of my nails to add some unicorn vibes which I just love!! Alex you are a star & Thankyou for my lovely experience. I will miss you very much X

Michelle is professional at all times and gives an excellent massage....

My hair looks amazing, Tash did a really good, efficient job! My only concern was that the salon was VERY busy, there were no stations available and everything was very against the clock. The staff worked incredibly well under these conditions though and were very professional, I just felt the salon a bit cluttered.

Natasha always gives a 5 star service. Her attention to detail and quality of haircuts is fabulous. Emma also does a perfect job every time.
Think the guy who washed my hair - brad?? Even is worth a name check.
