Saks Hair & Beauty Kings Hill

First time at this salon. Lovely, relaxing environment. My stylist Gina used her experience and skills to create the perfect colour and cut.

I’m still to have nanokeratin as a treatment for my hair and i’m Trying this new one (72), first day today so let’s see!

The back massage was ok but I would not book another at the salon. £52 for 30 mins for a treatment that did not feel as though it had made a difference ! Lack of attention to detail with using the sheets / blanket to cover me was very disappointing .it was suggested I came back for s full body massage almost dismissing the treatment. I would have if I have felt I had a good service this time

Charlie has been coming here since he was 1 in that time all the staff have been so lovely as a child coming into a nice salon is a good experience the staff all know charlie they all have a good chat he loves it now he has a head massage after having his hair washed such a great salon the haircut is always great service fabulous staff amazing thank you

Overall I was very happy with my first visit to the salon. People were very pleasant and professional. The salon had a good atmosphere and I was happy with the final result.

Had a half hour massage to alleviate aches and pains after a particularly stressful week and it was absolutely perfect.My daughters had her first massage and loved it. The heated beds were a lovely touch. The only thing is after such a nice experience in the treatment rooms was coming back out into the huddle a bustle of the salon

This was the first time I have used the salon and I can highly recommend it. Amber did my hair exactly how I wanted it, the colour is perfect and my cut & finish excellent.
The head massage was the best and so relaxing; the coffee isn't bad too!!

I had my nails done by Francesca, yesterday. I was running late trying to get back from Maidstone during the school rush hour. Francesca, moved her break by half an hour to give me time to get there. She was so lovely and knowledgable about various treatments I knew nothing about ( I now know all about Russian lashes and 3D Lipo ). I apologise if I nattered non stop.... she is such a lovely person. Enjoy your mini moon in Skye ! See you soon, I might even get some lash extensions!

So I decided to treat myself today and have not only a full body massage but a facial aswell and as always Fran was excellent with both treatmeats. It was a very long session with high standards throughout.

I have had regular appointments at Saks for several years and have never been anything other than delighted. Nik is very experienced and knowledgeable as well as being very easy to chat to. I tried lots of local salons before Saks and none of them come close to the friendly yet professional attitude of this one. I would highly recommend this salon.

Returned after a few years as I want to return my hair to it's natural colour - white - from it's current dark brown and knew I would get the best service possible here. I wasn't disappointed even a mix up about what was going to happen was sorted. Thank you Imogen and Mary for stage 1
