Always a pleasure to visit Saks at Kings Hill friendly and efficient atmosphere and all the stylists are good though I usually stick to one, if she’s not available, anyone else does a great job.

Jemma did my hair for the firstborn time today and was able to take a photo I brought in and create this colour for me. She listened exceptionally well and took time to understand what I wanted. My highlights felt too washed out before from the summer sun and now I feel Autumn ready with a rose gold glow! Jemma took the time at the end to talk through what I may want next time I come.

The apprentices were extremely friendly and helpful today!

Fantastic gel nails by Emma today and had a real giggle at the same time.

Today I had Emma do my nails and a couple weeks ago I had kayley do them. They were both very friendly and did a beautiful job. I also got advice from Kayley on how to strengthen my nails and I bought the cuticle oil which is working really well!

Thank you so much to Jemma for my gorgeous new, more toned down, natural colour. Well done to the trainees for handling the lack of hot water so well too! Fabulous, friendly service as always.

I have been going to Mary for about five years, I can honestly say I have never been disappointed, Mary always gets exactly what I’m thinking of and translates it to suit my hair and lifestyle. The salon is an oasis of calm, all the staff are welcoming and friendly. A small but important thing; the hair wash area and seats are the most comfortable ever (not being tall usually I have to stretch to get my head near the sink)

Everybody is always so welcoming. Love my visits to Saks.

I had a fantastic facial today with Amanda it was the Skeyndor PowerC facial. Really relaxing fantastic customer service and a great pair of hands that nearly made me fall asleep. Just what I needed after a long day. Highly recommend this facial my skin looked plumped and refreshed after. Very happy.

Fabulous LVL lashes and gel nails by Kayley yesterday. Impressive results with my lashes, and, the gel polish application was super precise. Great customer service too
