What a beautiful well-being experience at William Charles today with skilled stylist and colourist Joe. As someone who can feel out of place in a super salon I was swept off my feet today with the care and attention shown- Joe spent time assessing a flattering colour mix for me with half head of foils and the result is amazing. I have left the salon today feeling on top of the world; thanks Joe!

What a lovely experience. Organic experience. All staff so professional. Love my new look Joe, you made me smile a lot. I couldnt have the massage with the oils but everything from a chat to a lovely coffee friendly place. Make up after style...ladies this is one of a kind place ... attention to details. Will definately keep this as my regular place unless im in South Africa..

All 3 of my children had their hair cut, the hairdressers were so kind to them and we had some beautiful haircuts. It may have been their favourite outing all half term! Thoroughly recommended.

Always enjoy gling to William Charles and all the staff are always polite snd friendly. There is always a good atmosphere. Joe is really nice person and makes you feel at home. He is a very good stylist and listens to what you want in way of style and cut.

Always friendly welcome at William Charles and good service with appointment reminders etc. Always been happy with Emily as not only a very good hairdresser but listens to your ideas and gives advice. Always on time too which helps a lot when you have a busy schedule.

For the last year I have been returning to Epsom for my hair however my hairdresser has moved on and with great anxiety I looked for a hairdresser in Tenterden. I am delighted following my first cut by Mehmet and the whole William Charles experience was lovely.

Mehmet listened to my concerns then reassured me as to what he was going to do.

Just moved to Tenterden & desperately needing a colour & trim - I chose WC because I saw they used Aveda concept /products and very glad I did!! A really positive relaxing experience & believe me I am not the easiest person to please? Extremely good colour enhancement with the lovely Emily and a lovely chat & fringe trim with Mehmet - and he didn't make me feel guilty for trimming my own wonky fringe..... didn't admit it was with decorating scissors tho!! Have booked a return appointment & unusually for me really looking forward to it. A lovely introduction to moving to to a lovely town - very happy!

It's the attention to detail that makes a visit to this salon so enjoyable - from the welcome on arrival to the level of professional service provided by all of the team. The head massage during hair washing is very good together with the neck & shoulder and/or hand massages included in the appointment. Mine are usually given by Sammy who is very good at all of these. Frankee makes a point of ensuring that each client is treated as an individual and is always prompt to involve and motivate the junior members of staff who in turn, always show a keen interest. The overall impression is that everyone has a passion to deliver an excellent level of customer service - which they do!

First time at the salon and will definitely be going back. Really friendly greeting as soon as you walk in the door, Sammy who did my pre shampoo head, neck and should massage and then washed my hair was excellent. Really friendly, really professional and very good at what she does. Mehmet did a wonderful job in cutting and styling my hair. I'm always anxious when seeing a new stylist but he was amazing and made sure I was happy with everything he did before he did it. I will definitely go back to him. I am over the moon with my hair! Highly recommend this salon.

This salon gives a professional service using lovely Aveda products. The addition of hand or head massages and proper coffee adds to the whole experience. This is city pzzazz in a country town.
