Today was my first time coming to the salon, I had the pleasure of meeting the lovely Rona and Aleyna. They were both so friendly and made me feel so welcome. Rona went through every step with me and explained everything so clearly and professionally. My colour and cut exceeded my expectations and I am in love… I feel like a new woman! I went into the salon today for some advice about my hair. Everyone was so welcoming and helpful. My hair was quite long and I didn’t know whether to go shorter or not and if I should have it coloured. After a consultation with Emily we decided to cut shorter but not colour but decide after cutting. I cannot express how pleased I am with the results. Emily was fantastic and after cutting she felt that my hair didn’t really need much colour. I will be going back. I was really nervous but everyone put me at ease a 5 ⭐️ salon.

I can't praise Rona enough for the fabulous haircut, - the most important thing of all, I feel, was that she really listened and took on board what I was saying, whilst adding valuable advice, - because of this, I felt we hit a really good compromise and found a style that works very well. She was lovely, jolly and patient and cut my hair really well, even being happy to tweak the fringe afterwards when I was worried about it being a little too long. Russel, was lovely, as usual and all of the staff were really friendly and happy. I also saw Olivia for my colour and she, too, was great, - really patient, - offering good advice and doing a really good job, - so, - my thanks to everyone 😀👏.
