Extremely happy with my new haircut. Emily provided good suggestions, both in terms of styling and product recommendations. I will definitely be coming back in the future. I would also like to mention the positive experience with other staff (I.e. hair wash/ head massage/ being offered drink etc). All in all, a great experience.
I went in to check for an appointment and got one the next day which is great, all the employees were all nice and welcoming, made me feel comfortable and would ask if I need any drinks etc, I was asked the exact look I wanted to go for and she was very nice in showing me how it would be done, during the process the girls would talk to me and we had some nice convos and the end result was great, overall a great time!

This was another great haircut from Russell, even though I I turned up a whole day earlier. Russell quickly rearranged things and before I could finish my coffee I was in the chair having my hair washed…I just wouldn’t go anywhere else and nor should you!!

I came in with completely damaged ruined hair after a total at home bleach fail! My hair was fried off and snapping, though I wasnt confident about cutting my hair ive never felt so confident thanks to Olivia. I love my haircut it feels so much healthier!
