I’ve been a client for quite a few years now, but even on my first visit I was treated like a valued guest. The whole experience makes you feel pampered, from the greeting and neck, shoulder and head massage to the little splash of lipgloss at the end!

I’m very happy with the cut and the service. I think the powder and lipstick afterwards is unnecessary especially as it’s not applied professionally. It was quite expensive but the neck and head massage was very nice.

Being an AVEDA salon we offer lots of complimentary extras such as pre shampoo massage, hand massage, head massages when being shampooed and also a make up touch at the end of your service. A small number of quests don't like the massage or the make up touch but like you are very happy with everything else we offer. Really enjoyed my afternoon l came because l had a voucher having collected Aveda points . Loved the way my colour was decided and it was exactly as l wanted , Mehmet cut and coloured my hair and was very helpful and even showed me how to blow dry my style . Would definitely recommend and would love to return in the future .

Mehmet was just lovely, he sorted out a less than perfect cut by another salon as I had absconded for two hair cut and colours but it just wasn't the service that I am used to at William Charles so I came back. I needed the good base cut not so much the clever blow dry of the other salon and that's what I get at William Charles with their high standard of stylists of which I've tried many. I need an on trend style that suits my face shape and hair texture that's easy for me to maintain and that's what I get here. First time with Mehmet and I let him decide the cut and style for my short hair and I am really pleased. He listened to my concerns and had time plus was lovely to chat with. Highly recommend him. Thank you and I'm glad I'm back. You have to book well in advance but I have three favourites now so won't be quite so difficult to get in. Oh and the lovely new recruit, young girl who had been there six weeks gave a rosemary infused head and shoulder massage and a head massage at the basin. I loved her confidence. A good experience all round in my lunch hour.
