A new hairdresser is always worrying! I have had two appointments now at William Charles and I am so pleased I chose this salon. Rona is so attentive and I love the cut. Thank you Rona and the team I'll see you again soon.

Amazing personal service. What a brilliant team this salon has making a truly efficient and seamless service from reception to final finishing touches. Memet Frankie Holly and Kate were all very friendly and helpful with a really professional and creative approach to make sure I was completely happy with my hair.

What a beautiful well-being experience at William Charles today with skilled stylist and colourist Joe. As someone who can feel out of place in a super salon I was swept off my feet today with the care and attention shown- Joe spent time assessing a flattering colour mix for me with half head of foils and the result is amazing. I have left the salon today feeling on top of the world; thanks Joe!

What a lovely experience. Organic experience. All staff so professional. Love my new look Joe, you made me smile a lot. I couldnt have the massage with the oils but everything from a chat to a lovely coffee friendly place. Make up after style...ladies this is one of a kind place ... attention to details. Will definately keep this as my regular place unless im in South Africa..

Wonderful as always. Loving the new style and the colour. It's more than just a haircut at this salon. It's like catching up with friends and chatting. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. Plus a lovely ahead massage (thank you Sammy) and then you leave feeling fabulous. Rona is the best of the best!

All 3 of my children had their hair cut, the hairdressers were so kind to them and we had some beautiful haircuts. It may have been their favourite outing all half term! Thoroughly recommended.

Always enjoy gling to William Charles and all the staff are always polite snd friendly. There is always a good atmosphere. Joe is really nice person and makes you feel at home. He is a very good stylist and listens to what you want in way of style and cut.

Always friendly welcome at William Charles and good service with appointment reminders etc. Always been happy with Emily as not only a very good hairdresser but listens to your ideas and gives advice. Always on time too which helps a lot when you have a busy schedule.

For the last year I have been returning to Epsom for my hair however my hairdresser has moved on and with great anxiety I looked for a hairdresser in Tenterden. I am delighted following my first cut by Mehmet and the whole William Charles experience was lovely.

Walked in and got a fabulous hair cut straight away. My hair was in a sorry state and Mehmet worked wonders, also got a lot of advice on the use of products and why my hair tangles. Thank you so much I'm thrilled!

Never been to the salon before.

I don't have straight forward hair. Mine is thin, fine and have a problem with it falling out.

Mehmet listened to my concerns then reassured me as to what he was going to do.

Very attentive, explained what he was doing step by step.

Very happy with the final result came out of salon feeling much more confident in my hair.
