After never walking out of a salon with the cut/color I had in mind, I assumed that was the way it would always go. I was so pleased and excited after my first appointment with Joe - he listened and gave great feedback, and I left with a head of hair that was even better than I had imagined. Five stars isn’t enough - Joe is a legend and if I could convince him to move to America to be my stylist for life... it would be a dream come true. But for now, while in the UK, I’m only booking with him!

Went in to William-Charles feeling frazzled, with frazzled hair and came out with beautiful shiny hair , and feeling relaxed!

Brilliant advice given by Russel and duly supported by Nicol on colour head root drag through! Out come Fabulous. Loving it and so natural looking . Just a touch of sunlight as opposed to a bleached Ginger. Hair feels soft and nourished. Loved the additional Hand Massage whilst waiting and the amazing head massage . Best ever thank you I’ve already booked for 6 weeks time

I arrived for my appointment to find it had been booked for the wrong day. ***** said he could do my hair anyway which I was grateful for. I was not offered a tea or coffee or even a glass of water the whole 90 minutes I was there. ***** talked me out of the style I originally wanted and I started to think this was because he wanted to do my hair very quickly before his next client. When he finished my hair I wasn’t happy with it but felt awkward to ask for changes when his next client was sat waiting in a chair along from me. He then went and got someone else to finish my hair. Mehmet was really nice, went over my hair again and held a conversation with me and is the reason my rating isn’t lower.

Such a wonderful personal service! The staff are all very friendly but professional! There is no being rushed, the stylist ask and actually listen to how you would like you hair styled/ coloured and give you informed ideas!
The salon is very relaxing and professional without being pretentious, like some salons I have visited.
I would recommend anyone to try it out, you won’t be disappointed!!!!

My first visit – I was very impressed, nice shoulder and neck massage and then the magic began. My hair was cut by Mehmet who transformed my hair: I have received so many compliments. Not the cheapest salon but worth every penny.

I have been going to William Charles for many years now, I have very difficult red hair which I like really blonde, rona is amazing, she always gets the colour spot on, she takes her role very seriously and makes you feel like your the only person in there. I trust rona 100 per cent, and she always has new and creative ideas. The whole experience is great, all the girls in there always make sure your ok, with hand massagies, great drinks and plenty to read while you wait for your hair colour. I will never go anywhere else even if I have to wait a little while as rona is so popular. Had my hair so e today and I LOVE it, thanks rona ???????????????? xxx
