Once again Emily has done a fantastic job on my hair, the cut and colour is exceptional. Emily is the only person who has ever managed to make my thin, fine hair look decent both on the day and in the following weeks! It just falls into place every day! The salon is lovely; all the staff are really friendly and I can't recommend it highly enough.

Yet again, I walked out of the salon feeling like a million dollars. Joe is a real legend - he listens to what you ask for, and then does you one better. I've never been disappointed, and usually end up a bit giddy with excitement when it's all styled and finished. Joe made me brave (an awesome feeling to really trust your stylist) and I said goodbye to my long locks and embraced a fun, short cut! No one else will be cutting my hair, from here on out... I'm sticking with Joe!

I enjoyed my first visit to your salon everybody was friendly ,had lovely hand massage (and coffee and biscuit).My haircut is good,but I would have liked more light blonde in my highlights .

So I went in with awful coloured /damaged hair - Rona insisted I was going to have my lovely hair back and was very honest about it, with maybe it taking a couple of attempts to get it to what I wanted (Pinterest picture in hand) The reality being that to achieve what I needed and wanted I would need to come back for the second treatment as Rona was worried how blonde I Had it previously - she 100% new what she was doing in order to gain what I wanted - because my expectations were HIGH (Pinterest inspired high) I put my faith in her and with two visits to the salon she had rectify and given me the look I wanted .. the salon including its products and people have extremely good values and morals - and they train their staff to an impressive level, to be the best and to give the most professional service that they can ... I am so impressed by this salon and high recommend it

After never walking out of a salon with the cut/color I had in mind, I assumed that was the way it would always go. I was so pleased and excited after my first appointment with Joe - he listened and gave great feedback, and I left with a head of hair that was even better than I had imagined. Five stars isn’t enough - Joe is a legend and if I could convince him to move to America to be my stylist for life... it would be a dream come true. But for now, while in the UK, I’m only booking with him!
