So easy to talk to and discuss my desired cut/style. Explained steps of cutting process during the styling which really reassured me as I had a lot cut off. I loved my salon experience at William Charles Hair Salon. From start to finish the staff were all welcoming, friendly and professional. The young stylist I had do my hair was Sammy. I found her confident and professional at all times and she completed an absolutely beautiful blowdry on my thick naturally wavy coloured hair. I would definitely rate this salon as 5 star and would highly reccomend a visit there. Thank you to all staff.

Emily done a fantastic job cutting my two year olds curly hair, we entered the salon feeling anxious as it was his first hair cut but Emily and her wonderful team made us feel so welcomed, relaxed and excited. Emily was patient, friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely be returning :)

The excellent cut I got before lockdown saw me through the last 6 months and now I have just had a great post lockdown cut and colour which should see me through for w hike. Mehmet is a great stylist and style guru. Thanks to Russell too for rescuing me with a visit when suffering under a face mask - so relieved

I had been isolated and shielding since early March. I very much needed a haircut but was very nervous of going into the town and into the salon.
All my fears disappeared as I was greeted at the door. I was made to feel very comfortable throughout my appointment and now have a great haircut!

Great social distancing and hygiene measures in place, I felt assured they were doing everything they can to keep themselves and their clients safe.
Emily always does a great job and spends time checking the cut is perfect.

I enjoyed an organised, very safe appointment today, thank-you to Mehmet and the whole team. Outstanding service as always from everyone but I did miss the coffee!!

Wonderful, after a very long wait during lockdown it was great to go back for a cut and colour with Rona. The salon looked amazing, freshly decorated and furnished with protective screens between the seats. The staff were prepared and temperature was checked on arrival. Masks are worn by both customers and staff and I felt safety was taken seriously. I had a very enjoyable appointment and although different from pre-lockdown the salon still has a relaxing feel and customers are valued. They also have a new reclining chair at the sink which was so comfortable. My long overdue cut and colour were expertly carried out by Rona and I left there feeling fantastic as always.

All fabulous as usual. I felt completely safe in these strange times. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful.

Was extremely impressed how they have coped with the social distancing and safety of their clients.

A lot of hard work had gone into making the salon a safe environment. A phone call from Russell prior to my visit gave full information on what to expect when I visited - very reassuring. On arriving I was met by Russell for a temperature check, face mask and hand sanitizer. All staff wore visors throughout eith face masks being used when my hair was washed. Gowns were in sealed bags. Emily looked after me throughout. Top class service in difficult times. Well done and thank you.

So lovely to return to the salon, beautifully redecorated & impressed with the precautions the salon have put in place due to the current situation. Emily cur my hair so well, just what we’ve been aiming for as I’ve been growing my old style out for sometime with the so of achieving a new look. I love it, thank you.

I had my hair cut at the beginning of March and have not had to worry about it for the whole of lockdown. In fact, I have been regularly complimented on it. Today’s tidy-up and advice will help me deal with the longer look.
The salon is looking fabulous too, after a face lift and the hygiene measures actually enhance the look and certainly didn’t intrude.

My first cut in 4 months and I was delighted with the results. Rona gave me the perfect cut and my head felt lighter. The bonus was having Rona’s attention for the whole appointment - she even washed my hair! The salon was well organised, social distancing and client safety a prime concern. Rona ensured that I was safe and I was impressed with the way Rona cleaned down every surface as we went along. But most importantly, after Rona had cut and styled my hair I left feeling fabulous again. Thank You Rona :)
