Finally after months of waitjng my visit to William Charles this morning couldn't have been better. The salon is clean and well adapted for customer distancing in the current situation. Hand Sanitiser is available at every station and not only clients but the staff are also masked and aware of safety protocols. Rona, as always is amazing taking the time to discuss and assess my hair to achieve the best results. I couldn't have felt better when I left the salon and walked along with my head held high and a big smile on my face. I wouldn't go anywhere else and am so glad they have finally re-opened.

Lovely salon, with caring and considerate staff. Good COVID precautions in place in 2020. I never know what to do with my hair, but Mehmet is always very patient and good at coming up with and implementing ideas!

As always my visit to the salon was excellent. This is by far the best place in Tenterden to have your hair done and I have, over the years, visited most of them. All the staff are friendly and knowledgable. My appointment is always on time and I always love my hair after a visit. I speak from many years experience!

My stylist Joe worked magic on my hair !
He recommended that I had a treatment which would reset the balance. Then he gave me a graduated Bob taking time to blend and style it beautifully. He used and sold me the excellent products to maintain and style my hair at home. I was very pleased with the result.

First visit to the salon today. I am not the easiest customer as I wear my up 100% of the time in a fairly defined style, but Mehmet definitely rose to the challenge & did an excellent job. Have booked a return visit. Thank you Mehmet ?.
