Wow! So much work has been done during lockdown - perspex screens between clients but felt v unobtrusive. From the warm welcome by Emily at the door any anxiety vanished. It was professional, friendly service delivered to the usual high spec within the guidelines of the ‘new normal’. Thrilled by my cut and colour.......Thankyou Emily and Lauren?

Even though they are now having to work under the Government’s Covid guidelines I still
found my visit to the salon to be a pleasurable experience. I can do more than recommend this salon as a place to have your hair styled cut and colored with professionalism.

Considering all the distraction of visors and screens and face coverings, I had a pleasant visit to have some much needed highlights to blur the silver I had been cultivating all around my hairline. Emily and the rest of the staff were all up to speed on their hygiene control. Obviously the usual extras like coffee and magazines and hand massages were off the menu, but I was well looked after. I had an offer of water to sip, and any other instructions were clear and simple. Thank you to Russell and Rona for all the hard work you have evidently put in to reopen William Charles Hair. ??

I had a restyle today with Mehmet - 10 months since my last cut. He was friendly, talked me through his suggestions and asked questions to ensure the style would suit my lifestyle and I am delighted with the result. A dramatic change, but definitely for the better! The salon was well laid out and appeared to have good processes in place to manage covid risks

Mehmet always gives an amazing cut. Salon set up for safety a d distancing is a amazing. Very confident it is as safe as possible to get haircut!

So glad to have had an appointment to coincide with the easing of lockdown. Rona, Russell and the team made every effort to make me feel at ease. The salon has had a revamp and is looking sparkling fresh and as always my colour and cut is just what I asked for. Thank you for your professionalism and care.

Wow ! Having been to the same hairdresser for years, I was very nervous. I had nothing to worry about as Emily certainly transformed my hair. Not only does it look and feel soft, I have my curls back ? Absolutely amazing. Can’t thank you enough..

We were a walk in appointment for my 2 year old daughter who needed a fringe trim. Everyone was helpful and our stylist was very efficient and great with my daughter. Her hair looks fantastic and she got a biscuit as a reward . She was delighted ! Thank you all

Sammy cuts both me and my 2 daughters’ hair! She is a talented cutter with a keen eye and a sharp pair of scissors to match! She always takes the time to discuss the type of cut and how it will suit the hair. The salon is always welcoming and a fun place to be- I thoroughly recommend both Sammy as a stylist and the salon itself.

Having recently moved into the area, I was keen to find a decent hairdresser.
I was given a recommendation to give William Charles Hair a try. I was not disappointed. Everyone at the salon was very friendly. Complimentary drinks were offered aling with hand and head massages. There was even a complimentary lip colour.
Emily is an excellent stylist, finding the right colour and cutting my hair exceptionally well.
A second appointment was booked.
It looks like I have found a great salon.

Great hairdressers. From the stylists to the juniors everyone are very attentive and friendly. I have Mehmet as my stylist a very lovely man nothing is too much trouble and he always makes sure you go away happy.

Rona, as always, retrieved my beautiful hair from the frizzy, dry mess I presented her with. Excellent work!

Friendly helpful staff

Wonderful, friendly salon. Nothing is too much trouble and I come out feeling amazing. Rona always seems to know exactly how I am feeling and tailors the experience accordingly. The salon is clean, the staff are warm and friendly and the coffee and biscuit or selection of cold drinks is great. Everyone comes into a welcoming "hello" and leaves with a cheery "goodbye" you feel like you are a valued customer. On top of all this the hair advice is brilliant !!

I’ve been going to Emily for more than three years and trust her implicitly with my cut and colour. The salon itself is always a pleasure to visit, and everyone is lovely. The cappuccinos are always great too!

I am very pleased with the new Aveda Nutriplenish range. It was used for the first time on my rather dry flyaway hair and the result is beautiful hair and a calm scalp. The hair cut is always good but the results today are superb!

Sammy did exactly what I wanted. The colours and cut are lovely- thank you. It was also a nice to have a hand massage while colours were taking. My only slight criticism is that it was very cold in the salon. But all in all a relaxing experience with lovely staff and super cut and colours.

As always, I arrive feeling bleuch and leave transformed. Lovely colour - very natural ;) and a great cut too. Add in a relaxing head massage (thank you Lauren) and loads of tea. I felt cherished and gorgeous.
