Thanks to Daizy...she had a hell of a job on her hands today, sorting out my post lockdown barnet. Daisy was lovely and I am so pleased with the finished product.

As ever I received lovely personal service. The salon is COVID safe an yet maintains a welcoming vibe.

Had a restyle with Joe from shoulder length hair to a short cut. It can be so daunting to trust someone to style short hair well from longer hair, but Joe was wonderfully understanding with what I was looking for. He looked at my reference photos and kept checking he was on the right track as he went and discussed options for various parts of the cut to make sure I was getting what I wanted but also what would suit my style and face. Came all the way from Bristol because William Charles is the only salon I trust with drastic changes to my hair!

Therapeutic experience,Hot chocolate was lovely.Joe easy to talk to.makes me feel comfortable.id would have liked a longer head massage,seemed to be over very quickly.

Having just moved to the area I feel incredibly lucky that I stumbled upon William Charles and found a gem of a hairdresser in Daizy! She was so attentive and the colour and cut was fantastic! It’s been a long time since I’ve left a salon feeling like a million dollars - so a huge thank you!! Already booked in for next time. Thank you Daizy!

Wonderful hair experience as always. Got rid of all the crappy colour from my lockdown self colouring and left me with a rich natural brunette. Feel much better now.

I have been wanting to change my hairdresser for several years as I can no longer make the journey to Bluewater, but have been unable to find anyone suitable local to me (Hawkhurst). In desperation I looked further afield (Tenterden) and was so lucky to, not only find Wlliam Charles, but a really great haridresser, Joe. He understood better than I did what sort of cut and style would best suit me and I am absolutely thrilled with the result, so much so that I have booked appointments up until the end of June. The salon itself and other members of the team were welcoming and friendly. I would recommend Joe and William Charles without hesitation.

Just thrilled .. Mehmet is a genius !

So happy to get my hair cut. Despite the salon being very busy I did not feel I was being rushed & got all the attention required. As usual, Mehmet took great care to explain how to manage my new look. I was delighted.

First visit back into a salon since last year. I was seated at the front of the shop, the ‘activity hub’. I was there for 3 1/2 hours and had a balayage and cut and blow dry - and I absolute love it. I can’t stop looking at it.

Great experience and always so friendly there they make you feel at home.
